LISSA E.The technician did not hook up the trailer properly and consequently caused injury to a person while trying to load my vehicle. Very unknoledgeable person and would go elsewhere.
Manasseh B.Customer service was challenging. Not able to answer many questions asked. Seems they definitely focus on trailer sales and servicing at their business, UHAUL rentals seemed like an afterthought. Not much knowledge regarding UHAULS, for instance did not know height clearance of the UHAUL rented. Had to ask him to identify which UHAUL was the one we were renting, then left us on our own. Had to grab our own pads and dolly and load them. Not trying to be picky, but never had that experience before.

Candice G.I can't think of anything that needs to be changed. Everything went smoothly at the office, the truck was pretty new, very clean and everything functioned properly.

AUREALIA J.Over all cost was to expensive but was in a bind so had no choice. Having to pay .59 a mile plus fuel seems to double dip on the payment. The back wasn't cleaned out so left it the way I found it. Driver side mirror had duct tape holding it but if you hit a bump or traveled on the freeway it moved so having to constantly adjust it. The only positive thing was the people at the location was nice. I will make sure I have an alternative plan next time so I won't have to pay way to much for a rental.

DORIS R.Victor and Travis are very professional. This is always my go to place for a rental. I would not dream of going anywhere else. Love they have a Saturday morning hours. Beings I work the same hours as they do. I only have Saturday mornings to get a rental.

AUSTIN P.Make sure the vehicle is ready to drive. I had to call roadside assistance before I could even leave with all my stuff due to bad tires on the vehicle. Also something was wrong with the vehicle that caused it to shake violently causing a bunch of damage to the majority of my stuff.

MARY M.The person I dropped the truck keys off to had to be coaxed into giving me a receipt. She said, “Just drop off the keys and we take care of the rest.†I told her I wasn't comfortable with that. She responded that then we will have to do the check-in process. I said, “Good.†I could not imagine leaving the truck there with no proof that I had done so and without them doing a walk-around for damage and a fuel level check in my presence. Ultimately, through my own encouragement, I did get a receipt showing I had returned the truck with no damage and with more gas than required.

Wilbur S.Had a big problem with rental. A Uhaul rep called me to change pick up location. In process, removed Richie from my contract, moved me to N.M., which my bank did NOT recognize. I had to wait another day to pick it up. It cost me an extra day in motel, and rental car. After loading truck, back left 2 tires were very low. At first gas stop, across country, had to fill tires with air. Dealer was not very understanding, but I picked up truck the next day. Needed 26 foot, only 20 foot available(per Richie), but he made sure I had at least a 20 foot and he requested the 26 foot.

Victor S.It took over an hour to check in. Computer problems and same staff members called 3 times and never helped this situation. Please do updates in early hours of the day before any items are check out or in. Very disappointed to hear that vendors are not paid well. Home office needs to be more aware of customers needs. troubleshooting employees need more training.
