The people there were nice and very helpful, but the truck itself was an issue, as was the parking lot. The truck also wasn't there when I arrived (I had to wait around about 20mins or so inside the variety store for it to arrive after my assigned pick-up time). The lot is very, very small, especially with all the snow piled up. There is next to no room to maneuver a big truck to drop off/pick up and I had to leave it where I picked it up (with a fear that other cars accessing the Big B Variety might back into it while it's parked there after I left). Also, when I received the truck, it was filthy. The interior was filled with plaster chunks and dust; the exterior was so dirty that I couldn't tell if there were any scratches. Finally, there was ZERO windshield washer fluid. Since that's not something I regularly check until I need it (as do most, I would think), I found that out on the highway. It was a sloppy day with a lot of melting dirty snow being kicked up onto the windshield and it became dangerous to drive. So I would rate the vehicle as in a POOR condition, the service as ABOVE AVERAGE, and the lot as AVERAGE to BELOW, if that helps?Paige M.

The staff at the convenience store were ill-prepared. I submitted an online reservation with all details and when I arrived she had nothing. I waited almost 40 minutes for the truck. She did not have time to walk the truck with me. Bad experience. I won't rent from here again. Thanks.. Ronron C.

Miscommunication on extra Milage charges. Our first agent stated 25-38 cents extra per mile/KM, next agent stated 60-80, then a third stated 68 cents per mile/KM.... very confusing and I could not find a extra Milage rate.... final charge was 40 cents which is acceptable. All customer service representatives were courteous and extremely professional friendly. They all understood the scenario and worked to compromise and get a solution.KIERAN B.
There were so many complications. Associates were not well trained and distracted by other convenience store customers. The process took about 25 minutes to complete. Not an exaggeration because I knew what time I arrived and what time I had to be out of there to keep to schedule. Needless to say I was late.margarida M.
I completed the checkin process the night before but not the 24/7 access, so I required assistance from the lady working. She was not knowledgable, so it took 45 minutes to complete with the help of her daughter and store owner. She was very apologetic. Next time I will make sure i do the 24/7 access so i do not have the delays again. The return process was just as horrible. After being unable to complete the return process via the app I was stuck on hold for 15 minutes, only to be transferred to another person Nd on hold another 5 minutes. Apparently the APP isnt fully supported by Android so I had to go about it through their actual website. This entire rental was a cluster. I'll be very careful how and where I rent from in the future should it be required.Shane G.
I initially had problems getting the key for the vehicle. The Customer Service Rep was kind and very helpful and talked me through the whole process. The store rep was also helpful.Atheling S.
Took almost 2 hrs to rent the uhaul Everything was fine except getting into the uhaul the gas gauge wasn't at 3/8 it was between 1/4 and 3/8 . Other then that everything else went fine. When telling the lady about the gas she said thank you and didnt offer anything . I even uploaded the picture before leaving and after returning .Jonathan L.
