The following has nothing to do with this specific location: I had to go to three different places in three separate towns to pick up a trailer at the agreed upon date. The last minute disorganization on uhaul's part was ridiculous. The return was equally poor. I dropped it off at the original agreed upon location, only to discover when filling out the return paper that they changed the location without telling me. When I called, I was threatened with a fee for â€œwrong drop offâ€ and had to spend 30 minutes on the phone, getting passed to three different people to get the situation righted. Uhaul's customer relations are a joke, for 700$ and all the headache that came with it, next time I'll just buy a trailer and re sell it after use.zach H.

Bob was a nice guy. My problem was not with pickup location. It was with uhaul's catfishing. They had no problem taking a reservation for a truck with a pickup location 2 miles from my house. The day before my pickup they call to tell me there are no trucks and I need to drive 25 minutes one way to pickup my truck. Then, the pick-up location does not have the hand truck I requested and I have to use an appliance dolly to haul boxes. The truck was gross. It was filthy outside and smelled like motor oil and body odor inside. The vehicle rattled like a can of marbles. I'm sorry there is a vehicle shortage but that's your entire business model. Don't schedule a pick up and especially a return after hours!! It's a HUGE PAIN IN THE BUTT!! I spent an hour trying to take pictures of the odometer and gas/fuel level and upload them to the app to return the truck properly. Clearly the photos were fine to see the info. But the app would not accept them. I finally called customer service # and waited 20iah mins for someone to get to me on the phone and check my truck in on her end and I left the keys in the drop box. But your 24/7 rental app SUCKS!! Sorry but it got me so mad and frustrated. All I wanted to do was return the truck with no problems so I didn't get more money charged to my account.Marie G.

I definitely have an issue with my receipt. I was charged an after hours fee of $20.00. Upon returning the share truck before expiration of rental time. The Uhaul app was not uploading the fuel and odometer picture for me to complete the rental return. I tried uploading over 10 pictures but the app kept taking me back to the beginning of the entire process each time. I was at the return location for over 30 mins to complete this return which included waiting on the phone to speak to a customer service representative. Each Uhaul rep said that they would place my call notes on this transaction so I would avoid an after hours fee since i did return the share truck and attempt to return check in before 4:30pm. Nobody appeared to read the notes left by the reps on my account. Due to Uhaul's faulty mobile app and being on hold waiting for a customer service rep to help me with this issue they charged me $20 for completing the return 30 mins past the expired time. I even emailed Uhaul my issue to remove this over charge fee and instead resolving this they send me this email to rate them. Shows me they don't listen or acknowledge customer complaints to resolve issues. It's just BIG BANK take little bank however they can.Cori S.

First off, the rear outside passenger tire had a nail in it at time of pickup and the tire pressure was low. I had to monitor the tire pressure every stop over a 2,500 mile cross country trip and it was flat by the time I got to my destination, not cool. Missing interior lights, wipers were broken, truck leaked when it rained. For $2,700.00 I honestly expected a better truck than this. There was a much newer and safer 20' truck and I asked the business owner if I could please have the other truck and he informed me that â€œThe newer truck is for local rentals only.â€ Again, I understand the business logic behind this but not when you're risking people's lives. The newer/safer trucks should be reserved for cross country trips and keep the older and less reliable trucks in town.. Does U-Haul need to see headlines like â€œMoving truck has multiple blowouts on interstate leaving several injured or deadâ€ before they intend on renting safer trucks? The gentleman working was very nice and we were on our way quickly, but maybe too quicklyâ€¦ Lower your rates or improve your fleet.Dylan H.

The storage facility gentleman, Kevin, at the original drop off location, was really great! Super helpful and very friendly. He gave me directions to the changed drop off location. However, the man at the drop-off location was not friendly. He was very short and didn't seem interested in assisting at all. When I picked up the tow and loaded the car I was able to get assistance and advice from the employees, but not this guy. He wouldn't even come out and assist with any advice or offer advice while inside and said that I should take it somewhere else to get the car off and then come back. I was not impressed, did not feel comfortable at all and would definitely never suggest to anyone to go there. The drop off itself was done after the shop was closed and was super easy. I had requested to have the U-Haul return to a different location when I reserved it period yet when we picked it up we were advised it had to go back to the same location which basically overcharged our bill because we had no choice it was either return it to the same location for have a penalty then we had a hell of a time getting the gate latch to come down because apparently it locked. Currently, the UHaul website allows people to make reservations to pick up trucks at this location (Bob's Lock and Cycle) on days when it is CLOSED, such as Tuesdays and Thursdays. I made my reservation online and got an email saying they looked forward to seeing me at 10am on Thursday, Nov. 9. We arrived at 10:10, and found out that they are CLOSED on Tuesdays and Thursdays!!! I called UHaul and spoke with 3 people who weren't very helpful, and then finally got connected to a Senior person who sent me the app for my iPhone and helped me use it to check myself in. Eventually I got the key from the lockbox. I was NOT happy with this experience. UHaul needs to update their web reservation site! The truck was fine once I got into it and started it.Paul H.

Customer service representatives were very rude and not helpful chat representative disconnected in the middle of me asking a question the other reservation chat representative would not respond to my chat questions phone call Representative transfer me to do a request for missing equipment without checking to see the time for customer service and the client to take my complaint stating that my time frame that I needed to get my dolly and I had to call back I ended up having to move with no dolly and my move was delayed to the next day because of the initial hang up by the customer service representative my reservation was for June 30th I was not able to get the car at 9 p.m. as requested I ended up returning July 1st at 6 a.m.Maika C.
