This location was great, but the experience with UHaul was a nightmare. Drove over 40 miles out of the way to get a Uhaul to only find out they double reserved it. I was told I had one in Tuscaloosa so drove there to find out they had no trucks. I was then sent another 45 miles out of the way to pick one up at City Furniture. The guys at City Furniture were great, but dealing with Uhaul and getting the run around for 2 days was a nightmare and cost me way more than what it was worth. Then when I go to return it, they had me going to a complete different location from where I said I would be. Uhaul will be my last resort from here on out.

The only issue I had was the rear safety chain was missing the HOOK, that allows you to attach the chain to the frame of the truck. Luckily, I was able to purchase a chain clevis to make it work

No problem at all. We had to drop off the
trailer while the business was closed because we were out of town on the return. Date. I called the next morning and spoke to someone at the drop off location and everything was good.

Establishment failed to return the trailer that was returned and Uhaul contacted me to advise the rental has not been designated as returned. After several calls and verification by a family member that the rental was there, Uhaul promptly contacted me to advise the rental contract was closed and emailed me a receipt.
