1. Had to wait for a representative to arrive to the facility to check me, waited ten minutes. 2. Was unable to return to the property the same evening (about 6:30 PM) because the office and gates were closed. I was not aware that they will be closed and there us combination padlock at the gate. The combination was not given to me. 3. Called the customer service number indicated on the contract and the number that was on the fence four times and no answer on any of the numbers. 4. Called the main Uhaul located at 7800 Narcoossee Rd, Orlando, FL 32822 and asked if I can return the truck there, they said no as the Uhaul we rented from is not associated with them. 5. This was a poor experience.
