It was very difficult moving the mirror's for me to be able to drive safely. Thank God my neighbor was home he had to use a tool to lossen and turn them where i needed them before i could even leave. If he wasnt home i wouldnt have been able to move my son into school. The driverside door everytime i opened it sounded like it was going to fall off. Also something kept making a sound as if the truck kept getting hit by a rock but there were no cars around and it happen both ways i went. Lastly air kept going on and off and when on full blast the smell was horrible. I was scared to breath it in. Not sure what it was. Other than that it was great .Ambra J.
I always use this location, not just because of convenience. But this location is split over State Hwy 41. It's very busy and dangerous. The owners are having trouble with the municipal zoning office. It would behoove you to help this owner since you are a large corporation and have lawyers. It would be horrid when someone gets hit and possibly killed. And further, you winding up in litigation. These owners need help. They are dealing with people that are incompetent and ignorant.Christopher C.

Nothing to do with the location but the process. The Uhaul app was a nightmare. Reserved on-line then had the app. The app was indicating I should pick up and dropoff and different location. Once I tried to do the check in and check out it said I was "on line" but the app was not working and would not allow me to use it. Frustrating from a location standpoint and using the app. Both the locations were fine except when I tried to drop off the trailer I wanted to drop off at a different location (closer) and it would not allow me to do so.Steven C.

My card was charged for $124 , when the total on the receipt was only $49.47, someone who's going through the moving process shouldn't have to worry about having there money stolen from a company that is supposed to help them! My move was handled by the upmost of professionals of Elite Relocation Services. Lance and Brock arrived at my load location dressed distinguished in uniforms representing the class only Elite could be synonymous with. Punctual and prepared, they had all the equipment and then some for anything my precious items needed. Their service with a Southern Smile mentality gave me a quiet comfort knowing my items would be treated with the upmost care and respect. Expeditious Services allotted for no time wasted as they were fast, efficient, and my items were packed in a tier style for my more delicate items like my heirloom china and sculptures to be protected; I was amazed to see not a single item showed signs of ever being moved. Once at my unload address they set up a spot for me to rest as I directed where My items would go so once they left I would not have to sort through my items or move anything myself. I couldn't have asked for a more positive and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend if you're using a moving service ask for the men of Elite Relocation Services for all your needs, because Lance and Brock are truly the right professionals for the job.Jeslyn R.

I don't understand why I had to drive to Dalton to rent a U-Haul 17 Mike's one way. There are about four places in my hometown. 3 miles one way. I suppose that dollar per mile has something to do with that. It isn't rightWilma D.

This particular hauler had problems with the ratchet on the ratchet strapsâ€¦ they would periodically come undone, requiring us to stop several times to make sure of their security.Christopher C.
The pick up location is a service station on a busy highway and the trailers are stored on the other side of the road. Parking was overcrowded making it nearly impossible to navigate with a trailer.Shawn M.

I scheduled uhaul for Saturday and you all gave it to someone else. So when I went to pick it up it was still on my account but that I had return truck instruction instead of pickup instructions. I had to call customer service and they could not get me another one until Sunday. So You all wasted my day and inconvenienced me and the party I was getting my appliances from. I will never ever use you again. I have been using uhaul for over 20 years and I promise you never again. I should have been compensated ins some way for this inconvenience. I will say Customer Service was very professional and polite. I do not have any complaints about them. It is just this location and apparently according to the customer service lady this is the third time this has happened at this location. Very shady.Carla Louise Ros C.
