Service was not bad it was just that no one check the van after it was brought back from the previous renter and no one checked my vehicle either I'm hoping they don't charge mi for any extra the van interior was dirty from the previous renter

Winsome M.My U-haul truck was not at the location that U-haul indicated as shown below: Pick Up Location: Makabayan Cargo Logistics Corporation 4310 52nd St Woodside, NY 11377 It was at another location in this review, but I was never notified. This resulted in me waiting on the phone for customer service for almost 2 hours and then I needed to get a $50 uber just to get to the location listed here as the pick-up. Overall this experience was horrible, and I haven't received any credit that was promised if the U-haul was not in the location that was disclosed to me.

NIKHIL S.I chose to rent because the pickup location was close to the JFK airport. When I arrived to JFK my pickup location had changed. New location was far away. When I contacted U-Haul support they hang up on me. Terrible
