I have tried multiple times to contact you. There was no dolly. I asked for a dolly but the website was so complicated it flew me threw just to get the truck which took me over 30 min. I am not a happy customer.Aaron M.

Let them know this location doesn't have moving equipment like dollies or hand trucks etc. I reserved one but this location doesn't have them. Uhauls fault they should know this.Heather P.

The back of the truck was not cleaned at all during a pandemic. There was damage to the very top left corner that to our own fault we missed. However we were told it is our responsibility to pay for because the pictures of the truck from 3 days prior showed no damage. I am unsure how photos are not taken right before the truck is rented but clearly they are not. The pick up location clearly did not do their part in looking over the truck and again we did not notice the top left corner but due to their negligence we were charged.Keith S.

I was charged extra miles that were mostly a result of having to pick up the rental in moosic instead of South Abington (the location I originally selected). I had to drive the truck back to south abington just to load up so that was extra time, gas, and miles; it was inconvenient and not fair. I was charged for furniture pads I requested in the online reservation, even though they didn't have any to give me. We had to point out that i was still charged for pads and call Uhaul to have them tell him how to fix it. Even though the charge was finally fixed, it took time i didnt have and i didn't get the supplies I needed. Uhaul's website shouldn't promise supplies that aren't available or locations that won't be the same (Uhaul switched my pickup location last minute). This was not a good experience at all. Too much inconvenience and then an extra mileage charge to top it all of at the end is ridiculous. Uhaul needs to fix their systems, start keeping their promises, and not charge for mileage situations they created.BEHNAM A.
