The staff of Rethink Home are great and the truck was clean but not well maintained. I'm glad my move was local, I wouldn't have trusted the truck to make it very far. There was some pretty horrid sounds the brake system made, the driveline howled and the steering box leaked fluid wherever it was parked.Kevin R.
I was never told about a after hour service fee, I was told I can return the vehicle at anytime, but never disclosed a after hour fee. I then was charged for something that was never brought to my attention. Even in the contract it never states a after hour fee. When I clicked the email to write a email about my issue, the email was invalid.Brittney G.

Most of the truck was clean but the cargo box floor was dirty and had obviously not been cleaned after the last use. The rental location was fine and handled most all of my questions though they did not explain the return procedure and/or after hours drop off. The U-Haul website does not work very well. It implies you may complete your rental WITHOUT creating a login but it will not let you do so. It also did not provide cost information for the optional insurance coverage.Mark T.
I showed up on time to pick up my rental spent and hour trying to send photos of myself and my ID while chatting with support who was being kind of helpful. The whole process was not as easy as I thought it was going to be and should have been. Next time i need to move I'm going to avoid U-Haul.Bret L.

The absolute worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul I was told to go to the Fireweed location. My reservations ended up being canceled , I pre paid credit card on file. When I went to pick it up there was nobody there which was fine however since my reservations were canceled I had to call customer service and they told me I was at the wrong location. I was told to pick up at Fireweed. The customer service representative told me to go to South locationâ€¦ I live 1 mile from the south location but they told me they had no vehicle so I had to go to the Fireweed location. Customer service representative said she could not help me so I left the firewood location and asked the customer service representative to call South to make sure I could pick up my U-Haul. She then told me she could change my reservations back to the Fireweed location after I was already on the highway. Then opening up the lockbox was a complete disaster.Stacey L.

There needs to be a sheltered area to stand under while completing the 24/7 process. Even an overhang from a roof would be acceptable. There was no lighting. There is NONE, so when you are having problems you're standing outside in the pouring rain in the dark with nowhere to go.MIchelle L.

The process to pick up the equipment from your phone should be streamlined a little better and the app should get its bugs fixed. Also, better staffing at the call center to ensure that when you call there is someone to answer, and not spend 20+ minutes on hold only to have the call drop.Edwin T.
