This location was fine but the first location I rented from who gave my truck away costing me over $500 and moving fees I would never recommend u-haul and has ruined my experience with this company I will never rent a single vehicle from U-Haul again. You guys only offer me 50 bucks for your screwup. If someone makes a reservation weeks in advance I suggest you call them before you give their truck away the day before.Ryan G.
U-haul continues to be the worst large scale company I have ever dealt with. No truck was available for my scheduled appointment, drove up and was informed that the guy didn't plan on dropping my scheduled truck off until that night. Was told to try other U-haul locations. Gave above average to the location because the working staff were pretty good guys, but if I could rate U-haul as a company I would give a zero out of ten.Michael S.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with uhaul. My reservation was changed three times and I ended up going out of my way to get a truck. No blankets, doles or even straps to secure my things. May things got damaged because they were not strapped. I had to move out of my house yesterday and couldn't get a moving truck last minutes with another company. Very poor customer service and no regard for customers like me. Ordered Dollie's (2) didn't get any, called customer service they said they had none all the way to Dallas I ordered in advance so you should have gotten them to the location you switched me to , or at least original location. Hardware store was amazing , but def uhaul fail ! I pre ordered them for move , at a minimum you should have told me so I could go buy one at lowes ! Made moving horrendous not having itEric S.

My reservation was changed, through no fault of my own. I received verbal authorization to drop off at a location of my choice, then I was charged for changing the location!!! That is theft, and it is not right.Brian H.

Once again, the return process did not work. Do. Ot advertise something so broken. In fact this was the worst overall rental in my life. It is sad that you do not have competition to make you do better.George S.
To begin with, I had opted to pick up through the app/contactless. This location had all their trucks out front ready to go, except mine, so I could not locate my truck without going inside. The owners of this location laughed when I told them I was using the app and then were incredibly rude and argumentative through the entire experience. They did not have the appliance dolly or furniture pads and told me they weren't even on my reservation. When I tried to show my confirmation they told me it didn't matter and I should just try the U-Haul location a mile away for everything I needed. I went outside and called the location they indicated and he didn't have the right size truck, so he told me to checkout at Royse City Hardware and just swing by and he'd have the dolly and furniture pads. When I went back inside the proprietors had cancelled my reservation and I had to start the entire process from scratch. The entire reason I used the app was to avoid COVID exposure and because I was short on time. I would never use this location again as the owners were offensive and demeaning.Kevin D.

Check my stuff in when I turn it in. I returned the car tower on Monday morning and when I turned the truck in on Thursday night it still hadn't been checked in. I was already gone from the return site Tuesday to the next client and I eneded up being charged for those daysJOAQUIN W.

The pickup process was good, and issue with U-haul software check-in was evident while trying to pickup the trailer. Was a good experience.Paul P.
This past week I used UHaul from this location for a moving truck, and a trailer. I had great service getting both. However I had an issue with my own pick up. Because of that, I wasn't sure how I would get the trailer returned. I looked at the paperwork to see if there was information on what to do if you need help. I found the number for this location that said call with questions or help. So I called them to see if they could assist getting the trailer returned. However the only comment from the owner was â€œI don't know what you wanted me to do about itâ€. He also added â€œI will continue to charge you until you return itâ€. Thankfully I was able to get another pick up to return it. But I was extremely disappointed in the response from the owner of the store. I will not be returning nor recommending them in the future.Cory K.
