YOU CAN HAVE EQUIPMENT READY FOR ME WHEN AND CLOSE TO MY LOCATION. THE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM UHAUL WHEN THEY CALLED SUCKED I MADE RESERVATIONS IN SEPTEMBER TO GET A UNIT YOU MADE ME DRIVER OVER AN HOUR TO GET THE UNIT. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!!! YOU HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO MOVE A UNIT CLOSER TO BIRMINGHAM FOR ME TO PICKUP INSTEAD OF DRIVING OUT OF MY WAY TO GET THE UNIT. YOU NEVER PLANNED FOR A UNIT TO BE MOVED. OVER ALL SATISFACTION SUCKED I AM IN LOGISTICS AND POOR PLANNING THE PLACE YOU SENT THE GUY SAID HE HAS HAD TRAILERS FOR WEEKS. IN LOGISTICS YOU MOVE THE UNIT FOR THE CUSTOMER SINCE THE RESERVATION WAS MADE IN ADVANCEERIC K.
I had to use your after hours internet based check out system. It's built for the company not the consumer. It took 42 minutes to check out the truck, take the pictures and make a curate comments. It sucks that someone else turns in a dirty truck to this location and I have to spend my time and money cleaning it or I get charged.Timothy B.

Not a very good experience at all took 4 hours to finish pick up. Shifted from clerk to clerk asking the same questions and having me check stuff on my end versus their end. Card charged then taken back then charged again caused 175 overdraft fees to my account. Not at all what I expected from Uhaul, being that you all are at the top of moving fleet. Maybe I will have better luck next time if there will be a next time. Thank YouNatalie W.
I paid for moving blankets that were not in the trailer. My daughter picked up the trailer and didn't know to check for the blankets. I tried to call this location several times on Friday but no one would answer. We left at 4:30 am and couldn't wait for them to open. I had to receive the refund in Jacksonville, FLSARA F.

This location was great but it was not the location that uhaul online provided for me. I booked in Columbiana, then uhaul.com re booked me in Montevallo where they didn't actually have the dolly I booked. So I rebooked myself again for childersburg. the whole process took me 2 hours of driving and over 60 miles to get this sorted. If I had any choice to not rent from uhaul ever again I would.Natalie S.

The engine light was one and was a concern and it was notified to the man as I was talking with him, but he stated it should be fine, so I drove it and as I drove it, the U-Haul was not driving right it seemed as if the transmission was slipping.. Got home(like 15-20 away)and called back to let them knw home it was driving and that when I opened the cargo part it was infested with roaches. So the lady end up connecting me to roadside assistance and I talk with a man and he said he could send someone out to look at it but it would take approximately 1hr to 1hr30min to come out! And as far as the roach problem to call customer service or buy something to kill them and get reimbursed! So I went and bought something for the roaches and then had to clean it out and then let it air out so that put me behind schedule for the rest of time period.Topeka G.

The guys were awesome when I picked up the truck and the ability to drop the truck off after hours was really nice. The truck itself was a piece of junk. Anything above 35mph made the truck vibrate so hard the hood shook, dash rattled, and the truck swerved back and forth like the steering/suspension in the front end was loose. I've always used u-haul when I needed a moving truck or enclosed trailer but this truck has me interested in finding a new supplier because of the lack of safety felt while driving the 26' box truck I rented.Chase S.

has a good experience with vintage garage in spite of bad experience I had with garden and gifts. I was expected to get a rental from them. I imformed Maggie the woman who took care of me initially with a rental of a 15". I didn't have enough n my card to pay for the rental I informed her I needed to go to the bank to put more money on my card. I informed her I would return to pay for the truck. when I returned they had rented the truck with someone else. I went to talledga to caught a rental from my ex credit. I t called the owner before get there to security a truck a informed him I would be there in 30 mintues. when I arrived there on Talladega I called him and got a voice machine. I was in a panic because I was planning a trip to pick up furniture in Atlanta. and this was the only day I had to do it. thank goodness vintage garage had a truck available. the place in talledga did not have a onsite office or person to conduct business. I would rate the garden gifts as poor and my ez credit as poor I have use u haul in the past and had good experiences but this one was horrible. the schedule was wrong they did not get my order correct this trip was return to Sylacauga from Atlanta the truck was to be return to Sylacauga.ANISE E.
