Worst 1st time experience renting a U-Haul. Trailer had a flat tire as soon as we got back w/it and loaded up at my home through 9/3. After trailer was completely full one of the trailer tires needed air because it was almost flat. Drive slow and careful on our way out dipped at 1st place we came to that had air. Filled tire up, drove all night long to Fl. Arrived at 9 am Thursday 9/4. Parked it went to sleep until 3;30 pm as we drove all night. Awoke to a completely flat tire. Unloaded my tundra truck bed and all inside cab on Thursday 9/4. Started on Trailer 9/5 Friday. Unloaded 1/2 and went o an Auto zone to find a can of fix a flat tire. Can didn’t work, drove back for 2nd can and didn’t work. Dont know if they got a bad shipment. Drove back 3rd time got a different brand altogether. Tried to fill tire enough to be able to hook back up to truck on Saturday after unloading rest. Stopped at 2st place that had air filled tire up so we could drive it to a storage unit to unload what we had to store. Then drove to my required destination for drop off. On Friday because of tire delay asked for another day. But still dropped off at required destination on Saturday 9/6. Gate was wide open; office trailer unlocked , all lights on, keys where accessible to anyone to drive off with any equipment there, called that number on my receipt no one answered, called pick up location and phone was busy / occupied- not able to leave message. Called main U-Haul number - person who answered transferred ne to local traffic dispatch number. Auto message kept interrupting saying someone would be with me shortly. Watched time go over into 7 pm then realized U-Haul closed. Wrote down on their office note pads details of my trailer reservations number, pick up location and, my phone number etc asked for someone to please call me back concerning leaving the trailer I rented with out anyone being present. No one ever called me back on first business day of Monday. That location simply just charged my card for that extra day I thought I needed due to your trailer having a bad tire when we picked it up. I called Monday at that location of where I dropped off, no one picked up, called main U-Haul number agian asked for credit for the one extra day- said entered a ticket number reference number 5496527 on Monday 9/8 that someone from my location would call me back within 48 hrs. Today is Thursday 9/11, 3 full days later and YET NO ONE won’t even bother to call me back. Also I thought I needed that extra day because UHAUL called me 8/31 Sunday to say the original pick up location wasn’t going to be open on 9/1 Labor Day and they deliberately set me up with another location that they said they confirmed that it would be open for me on Monday morning at 8 am in Cherryville NC. Just to then on Monday morning 9/1 kept calling that location from 8 am to 8:40 am got no answer. Was deliberately sent to that location from a person to Person call from Uhaul Sunday afternoon. I ended up Monday having to call U-Haul main number to be transferred back and forth til finally got anyone to help me find another location open to get my trailer which put me at an 11 am pick up time , already 3 hours off my moving schedule. And U-Haul runs your business poorly with having a drop off location open and as a ghost town as we sat there for an hour or over an hour waiting for anyone to show their presence at that location or with in their unlocked lights on office. And U-Haul tops it off with providing me a reference number to discuss providing me credit with my Mastercard you all have on file and 3 days later I still hear from NO ONE. You are poorly run and operated. After a 3 hr delay with fault on UhAul for pick up on that trailer and unbelievable ghost town to return it with deliberately not calling me after I had to drop it off their on their property asking for someone to call me and they don’t - they just charge my card for one extra day. Picking up a trailer with a bad tire. The delay in trying to keep it inflated to even use it. And a reference number 5496527 for asking one day credit back at least and 3 days later no call or email. This is so unbelievably the worst service and poorly run company and group of personnel you hire ! You can’t even give me credit of 30.00 and change was it ??? All over asking for $30.10 back for the extra day they charged . I took pictures of the trailer showing I was on their lot Saturday 9/6. If you care you will call me Michelle Sullens 919-649-1471. paul fThe people at Zeus were awesome! BUT, they did not have the equipment that I reserved. Why did you change the pick up location that I requested which was a hub and had all kinds of equipment and supplies to this little shop that was 11 miles further? They had to call a place down the road even further for me to go get pads that I reserved. THEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE THEM. The UHaul website kept kicking him off so I was there almost an HOUR. I'm baffled by the completely unorganized way that a big company like UHaul is run.

JOHN DJohn was great, very easy to pickup and deliver, but the truck was disgusting. There was dog hair covering the cab and clumps were flying everywhere while we were driving, in our faces and on our clothes. When we got back I asked him if they clean the trucks after use and he said no.
