You stole my fuel. I have proof with photos showing that I picked up the truck with an empty tank, and you still made me return it with half a tank. This is unacceptable. I want my money refunded immediately or I will take further action

Waited 40 minutes at location for someone to come get the key out of the drop box, was told the person that was at the location is unable to process reservations and needed someone who was able to process them to come to get the keys.
