Terrible terrible, rude and charged me for gas not used! Never ever again, scam!

Personnel was rude. Was walking around with a baby in her hands. Very unprofessional. Communication was bad. Didn’t properly check my gas gauge and I was overcharged. Made me never want to come back to U hail again or recommend it after it being my go to moving place. To improve, you can give me back my gas money that I was overcharged, instead of making me wait 3 days. I honestly feel this will be my last move with U haul after having this experience

The store opened 50 minutes after the pick up time we requested. The front desk did not seem to know what was going on. The store was a MESS. Selling clothing, balloons everywhere, very poor customer service. Awful. Put a wrench in our travel plans.

First time ever using this place. Felt every uncomfortable. Truck had graffti on it the inside was dirty the windshield was cracked.

My reservation was for a 20’ moving truck. One day before pick-up, I’m informed that I’m getting a 15’ moving truck instead. That was extremely unprofessional and cost me an additional trip since I couldn’t fit everything the first time. Giving customers less than a day notice of a change like this is rediculous! If someone takes the thought to reserve a truck 2 weeks prior to moving, make sure the truck is available to them! How unprofessional of you U Haul!!!

Used the 24 drop off and return the truck online. That process was easy and convenient.

Only one concern. Receipt says returned at 3:55 PM, but we returned before 2 PM. Since it was a one week rental being returned a day early it does not matter financially, but the inaccuracy is inappropriate.

I called U-Haul because the keys was locked in the truck with my phone from two people's phones and U-Haul roadside service claim that they came out to Byberry Road and Route 1 which is the boulevard Route 1 and Roosevelt Boulevard the truck stayed behind the Wawa on the back door by the back door from 10:30 until 8 until I paid for a locksmith to unlock the door with a blood pressure cuff which cost me $75 very very bad experience and then when I tried to do it again get the second person to do it on their phone for U-Haul people to come back out nobody came out the people say that they came out but in reality they never came out so I had to pay out of pocket $75 for somebody to come out and I lock the door and that's what we pay insurance on the truck
