SALVATORE ACar took 40 mins to find and the counter people were utterly unhelpful and did not care.
Robert WI took the car for 6 hours. I drove 46 miles. I was told by the staff that it would cost about $120. And after the end, $98 was withdrawn from my account. then 2 days later another $230 was withdrawn from my account, it is not clear why. That is, renting a small car cost me $320. I do not recommend to anyone
Yaroslav HIt took me over an hour to find a parking spot in middle of the night in this hood just to have to drive back to the storefront so I can do the end of rental process.

JOHN VVehicle was dirty, food left from last user. Vehicle was not mechanically maintained (responsibility of haul to properly maintain vehicle. Brakes noisy. Unable to drive more than 15 mph. No speed, steering terrible. This is not the responsibility of the location but UHaul.

NOOR ATruck was broken had to switch to a van. When I came to return van it was very difficult to find parking. Guy working behind counter was very nice

VLADIMIR GFirst and foremost, the reservation i made with U-Haul had me dropping off the van at a different location, not me driving an extra 25 miles back or $40 that i could have saved, when i went to pick up the van i was told that i NEEDED to return the ban at that same spot or incur a $1,000 fee. Second, the van barely has 7k miles and it stinks, idk what they used the van to move before me but the van stunk. Third, and this is probably not even their fault is that the can was covered in bird poop. I only gave my experience 3 stars because I actually managed to move aside from all the mentioned things.

REYNALDO LThey moved my location for pick up which was out of the way. Drop off was thru an app that we had a difficult time using. They wouldn't allow us to drop off other than pick up site without a HUGE FEE
LAURA HCheck the trucks. The passenger side mirror was very loose and kept turning on every bump. I had to go to another U-Haul dealership and have them tighten it.

Kennedy CI booked the vehicle online and all I had to do was show up and sign the contract, but some of the info (like alternate contact) did not remain in the form and I had to provide it again.

NIKA GOne complaint. The step into and out of the van is too small and creates an uncomfortable entry and exit from the van. The service itself was great!!!
