They were really patient with our move. We started with rent the U-Haul for two days and we were having trouble moving so we called and asked for one more day. Then we had tocall again because there was another delay in our moving. I really appreciated them letting us have it for one day. We started with just renting the U-Haul for 2 days and endded up needing the the U-Haul for 4 days. We apprecited their patience. Thank you, Carolyn
