Only had trucks. When I reserved truck I said I would need 6 blankets , furniture hand truck and to furniture dolly’s. When I got there I was told they only have the trucks and could go to another location for the rest of the stuff. Super hard to find

David B’ve always rented trucks from U-Haul and never had any issues — until now. This time, I returned the truck with a quarter tank, and they charged me for half a tank, taking almost $70 for gas. That’s not fair at all. I feel like I was overcharged, and it’s disappointing coming from a company I usually trust. I hope this gets resolved and doesn’t happen to others

JANET PI received good service from the gentleman who checked me in, hooked up the trailer and sent me on my way. UHaul Could invest some money into improving the state of the facility. Only saw the entrance gate at the last minute and drove down a gravel driveway to get to the office. By contrast the Uhaul facility where I dropped off the trailer in Prosper Tx was a great facility.

Alexandria AReserved equipment a dolly was missing. There were no blankets in the green bag. The cab and trailer were very dirty. The tank was less than a 1/16 full of fuel. Customer service chat was not helpful. I ended up paying for someone else’s gas because I returned it at 1/4 tank. Never again with U-Haul.

ASHLEY GWe were told the truck had a bench seat for 3 people. The middle seat was not part of the "bench". There was a cowling between the passenger and the driver seats. This required the person in the middle to sit with legs spread on each side of the cowling. This made the 800 mile trip very uncomfortable for the person in the middle. This vehicle does not sit 3 people as advertised.

ALYSSA DThis one is tough. The location can be hard to find and it’s really not in a great place. On the other hand the staff was amazing. As soon as I drove in the guy came out of the office and helped me return the truck very seamlessly.

I still don’t believe I’ve received complete reimbursement for the silicate charges My only positive feedback is with Tony and Diane. They both tried repeatedly to remedy the situation with no luck. System needs to be fixed. Thank you, both.

Serhii S“Pre” check in could only be done on site. No shady area to see my phone. 43 minutes in a gravel lot before It was completed. Lock on key holder was difficult to open. Jiggled the dials and finally got the key. Key to attached padlock not on keyring. No appliance dolly, as ordered. Furniture pad container was empty. Got in truck…. Gas tank was almost empty. 1 hour of my rental time used before putting it in Drive. After loading, cargo door got stuck open due to latch. Another 45 minutes to fix it so I could drive to my destination. I have photos of the latch. All business done via the app but there was no way to charge my phone during the time truck was used. Phone died before return. Had to stop and charge it a little before returning vehicle. App does not let you go back if something was missed. Tried calling UHaul number because I did not have code to gate, message said it was “ past business hours”. Did not receive email with code until after my phone was fully charged, long after I returned the vehicle. This was a 12 hour round trip. Before you ask, My phone was at 100% when I began this whole process. Used Waze for directions during whole trip, so that used up quite a bit of battery life. Vehicle did have a cigarette lighter option, but I was unaware I needed the adapter. At $1.19 a mile, I was not going to backtrack to get it. This is my first nightmare experience with UHaul. I will never use this location again.

Ricky Cbad experience with the drop off, first they didn't put it in the right spot. then they left it without taking the screws out so I couldn't even open it till my neighbor helped me, when I called, they acted as they didn't understand what I was talking about, I feel I paid too much money for the services for the mishap.

JACKSON Musing GPS when traveling west on Howe makes it hard to find the entrance since there is no left turn in to the driveway.

STEPHANIE OIt was a little confusing to me, dropping off at this location. I did call the customer service to get help, before realizing there was a sign, giving instructions on how to enter the facility. My fault, reading is fundamental. LOL. Other than that it was easy.
