I arrived to pick up a 6x12 trailer. The lady was nice and all but when I go to hook the trailer up it was flat on the ground. Not on a block. No jack stand to crank up, nothing. Lying flat on the ground. I am one person, a lady. I tried to ask her how I am supposed to get this trailer from the ground onto my hitch and she said she didn't know and she couldn't lift anything. I went back outside and tried to lift and pull forward onto the ball on my own. its incredibly heavy and I was unable. I hurt myself in the process, with what I think is a hernia - dr appointment pending. I tried to rock it up and down to create momentum to get it high enough to go to the ball ... no luck. I unloaded my trunk so I could access my jack. Jacked the trailer up on my own, backed the car the last few inches and was able to finally get it done. This is ridiculous. I've never had to do any of this at any other location. I am so unhappy. When I returned the trailer I left it on a block, that I brought, so the next person isn't as screwed as I was. I went inside to let her know I dropped it off and left it in a better way then when I picked it up so the next person doesn't get a hernia. This location needs to tighten up and either get help or make it to where your customer's can do it more easily.

This was literally the only positive experience we had. The woman was lovely and warned us about the parade
Zara HThe woman who runs the location didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Never came out and inspected the rig. It took her quite some time to figure out the app. Overall not a great experience for pick up
