Only this that got me upset was I had a 7am pickup time and when I got to the pick up location I was told that the worker wouldn't be in until 9am on Sunday Monday. But I appreciate your costumer service representative was able to get me another location with a 8am pick up time. Other than that, everything was great Eugene Reed

ALEXANDRA MClose the location . The van was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING . IT WAS FILTHY AND THERE WAS A HORRIBLE SMELL TO IT . MY DAUGHTER THAT WAS SOPPOSE TORIDE WITH ME HAD TO SQUISH INTO THE CAR THAT WASFOLLOWING US , BECAUSE IT SMELLED SO BAD. I HAD TO BUY WIPES TO CLEAN OFF THE STEARING WHEEL AND SHIFT SO I COULD DRIVE IT .

MWANZI HThey didn't know what they were doing. I literally had to show them how to verify and which options to select on their laptop. I also ordered some furniture pads but they don't even know what that is. And after I showed them the picture, they couldn't provide me that.

Jordan NThe person behind the counter helping us made us wait 30 minutes before actually getting started on our reservation, he assisted walk in customers for his deli store first. He was extremely rude to us the entire process asking us “what’s funny” “hurry up I need a credit card”. Honestly never booking with U-Haul again for this experience which was my first time with U-Haul unfortunately.
Shernil GI didn’t like this location for one, I could barely understand what the employees were saying. I’m NOT being racist or anything but they had very heavy accents and second there were no paper receipts and it just st wasn’t the professionalism I expected. I won’t be returning to that specific location again.
Lisa DVery poor service, they need vast improvements in customer service. The vehicle had a bad odor. No paperwork was provide at rental; therefore, you are not provided with odometer reading, and there is no physical check of the vehicle before you leave. The odometer reading was not displayed on the dashboard. You are just given a key and told the vehicle is over there some distance from the property. Similarly, there is nothing given to you upon your return of the vehicle. You are just told to check your email for an estimated bill, and again no odometer reading is taken, nor is there a physical checkin of the vehicle. So, I recommend do your own due diligence.
Rohan JNot professional, didn't do a walkthrough with me, didn't tell me that I had to return the truck with the same amount of gas I received it and got charged extra.
Shermaine FThe location is overall excellent, but I had to say "average" because they don't maintain their trucks in terms of cleanliness. The truck they gave me was horrible!!! Filthy dirty but I had to accept it because I had a job commitment to fulfill within a specific time, so therefore had to accept the truck regardless of the how filthy the interior was. The windshield was dirty, food crumbs were all in the cup holders along with dirt, cans and water bottles etc., the truck was a full out mess!!! The people are extremely nice, they really are, but I think because of cultural differences, they don't understand what clean should look like. I say this in all honesty. I don't think they know. I would recommend them to friends but would ask that they clean their trucks. It really was not healthy, but I guess they are doing the best they can.

Told to come back the next morning for refund when I arrived same person gave me U-Haul customer service number who I was on the phone with the night before when he told me come back for the refund. I will never go back to this location or recommend anyone go there.

Karen BVehicle wasn’t clean it was a use water bottles in the cab of the truck paper on the floor. The steering wheel was gritty. The front windshield was dirty. There was no wiper fluid in vehicle to even clean the windshield. And it had an odor like it had never been washed. I had to buy Lysol wipes and Windex to clean and sterilize the inside and out of the vehicle. My overall experience was very poor.

Johan ZThe van's condition was ok. However I had a terrible experience renting from your representative at this Conoco gas station. I arrived 30 minutes earlier before my appointment time anticipating delays and I sure did get delayed. The owner of the store who assisted me unfortunately was using a laptop computer that was running slow and not able to scan my information properly. On the fourth time and 45 minutes later, he was successful. He was of indian descent which I have no problems with but he had much difficulty in explaining the basics to me about the rental details in English. So much to the fact that I wasn't even aware that I left the property without noticing that the fuel level was only at a 1/4 of a tank. Therefore upon returning I had to fuel up to that level. The store itself was not a safe dwelling with the entire center of the ceiling deterioated to where you can see the insulation and piping of the building. This is a health and safety hazard and surely doesn't equate to UHaul's standard, at least I hope. I would not rent one of your vehicles from this location again.

Fabio SThe check out and check in experience was horrible. it took me 45min to check out and i returned there was no indication where to park/drop off truck. also, on the paperwork it stated the truck had a 1/4 tank but in reality it was empty.
Richard GThe car that I used was very old, and the transmission severely jerked every time the car stops for the signal; I felt very unsafe to drive around. Also, when I arrived there to pick up a truck, the person said the truck I reserved had a brake problem, and redirected me to rent a bigger truck, which I had to pay an extra money just to pick up a regular sized sofa. Very unprofessional, PERIOD.
Eden COur experience as new customers was very poor because nobody in the customer service or while we did our reservation online o when we picked up the truck told us about the price pear mile and we end it up spending much money than we thought. UHaul should’ve told us about the price per mile and we could’ve consider renting a smaller truck. Not good. I called customer service and filed a complaint but I still haven’t hear back from them. Not good.

When I rented the vehicle I said no to insurance as I have full coverage insurance and I returned the vehicle with more gas that I rented and I was still charged for 3 gallons of Gas totalling $15. Plus . I am very disappointed with this service.

Bhanmattie RHorrible experience from the start! I made a reservation 4 days in advance and was called the day before saying the trailer won’t be available. I made several follow up calls explaining how pissed off I am and magically one appeared so I ended up getting it. The pickup location was a gas station where the worker could give a crap and didn’t even want to hook it up for me. Horrible experience and do not recommend at all!

Delvin LMy car got damaged under the doors from the tow dolly I guess from what the uhaul worker showed me everytime I turned the car braced against the dolly and bent under the two front doors now they are hard to close hopefully they take responsibility and fox or pay for the damages
