The online form for some reason exited while we were inputting data and the process required repeating. I do not know if this is the fault of the Pick Up Location or not as I had an app failure when I was reserving a trailer and accessories. The gentleman at the Pick Up Location was very friendly and tried his best. I recommend the location because if a person does not need to enter the heart of Kelowna it is always recommended.

The agent didn't know about Nanaimo Mini Storage for drop off.We had the same problem last time we picked up a truck.
