Truck was booked for 9:30am pick up. The key was not in the pick up box. The store was listed to open at 10am, however, no one came. We were on the phone with Uhaul for over an hour until one of us decided to check the key DROP OFF box and thankfully it was the same code. I was charged for 3 dollies (I only ordered one). Only one dolly was there but I was charged for three. I did not order blankets but those were also in the truck and I was charged for those as well. We wasted so much time trying to sort that stuff out that we started our move two hours later than we planned for. Not to mention the gas tank was almost empty. Worst uhaul experience so far.
