Nasir B. Back of the van was full of snow. Shop says it opens at 9:00am. We waited until 9:12 before he got there for drop off. Needs a U-Haul drop box or mail slot

Aubrey BThis was the most horrible experience I have ever had. First of all the location bring a pipe shop with music way too loud. The person behind the counter appeard to be high on drugs with red puffy eyes, slow and distracted. During my time in the another person came in and asked the for products in a whispered voice and made his cash transaction without using the till which made me extremely uncomfortable. To add to my discomfort the person behind the counter asked for my credit card information which I had already provided previously online when I made the reservation. That made me very uncomfortable and left unsafe for the privacy of my information in such a place. Then to add to ask if that, the vehicle only had quater tank of gas and I was explicitly told I must return the vehicle with the exact same amount of gas. How am I supposed to fill quater talk of gas?? The tire sensor started going off the moment I started driving and the check tire light on the dashboard came on. I literally had to stop for air and gas during my trip with extended the amount of time I needed to use the vehicle. Then I was charged double for fees including insurance when I only had the vehicle in my possession for less than 8 hours. The individual at the counter when I returned the vehicle seemed less high than earlier that day and was quite rude in saying it's not his job to ensure the vehicle has gas or air. I was utterly disgusted with this experience and I felt like I needed a shower from just setting foot in such a shady place with shady staff.

Palak RBottles left in van when I picked up. Dirty windshield and no washer fluid. Dash warning low air in rear tire and needing oil change. I am covered for insurance with my credit card but was denied ability to decline insurance and so it cost an extra hundred. Location bad because of construction, not their fault. I would like a refund of insurance paid unnecessarily especially since I declined.

Rima DSo I arrived at the stated pick up location for 8am just for the business not to be open and no uhaul in site. Then I went directly to uhaul to be ignored by the guy working there and to be told that they rescheduled my pickup location to some sketchy ass smoke shop for an hour later then I had scheduled it to be picked up in the first place. Then I drove all the way to the new pickup location for the owner not to arrive to his own business until 9:20 when they were supposed to be open and have it ready to be picked up for 9 am. Then when he finally opened up his business it took him an additional 20-30 minutes to figure out how to get me the keys to the van I had rented for the day. So by the time I got the keys and back home I had lost almost 3hours of moving time just to return the uhaul for 4pm because someone else was renting it. I will never rent from this company again. It was the worst moving experience of my life and whoever came up with this business plan should really reconsider the satisfaction of their customers over using third parties for so called “convenience”

HENOK HAttendant at the pickup location was completely unaware of how the pickup process worked, wasn't sure if I had the authority to take the van...after giving me the keys. When everything was complete, I received 2 invoices from U-haul Moving & Storage Westside, this is not where I rented it. None of the charges corresponded to those on my credit card. When I called this location to clarify, the agent was difficult and insisted I contact 156 Gift And Pipe Shop instead. He finally relented, and sent me the correct invoice after I suggested that providing incorrect invoices is fraudulent. To both U-haul and 156 Gift And Pipe Shop, please get your act together.
