It was the usual great experience from this location.
Michael CFirst of all the quote we got was 260.00 when we picked it up it was 316.00. When we opened the door that evening the floor was wet and our boxes, clothing and mattress was completely wet. The person that we dropped it off with didn’t help much.

GREGORY EI had ordered 24 moving blankets along with my 26' truck, and when I arrived they had zero blankets and didn't seem to care that I might need some for a 1,000 mile move. The woman, Cam, also tried to give me an appliance dolly when I showed her that I ordered a furniture (flat) dolly. She said she would take of the $10 but never did. Couldn't wait to get out of there.
Edward BThe truck came with 13/16 full tank of gas. Had to estimate how much gas to put in upon dropping the truck off.
clark bI ordered 60 blankets- there were only 15 available. Went to U-Haul in Grangeville and they only had 21 Website stated that checks were an acceptable way to pay for the truck. Agent would not accept a check
Randy MActually moved in the middle of winter and the weather was terrible. The guy did have the truck warming up for us when we arrived but he did a really POOR JOB REMOVING THE SNOW FROM THE CAB of the vehicle we used
Teresa HGive the customers the code to get in and put of the drop off location so they aren't left stranded or locked in your facility. Only reason Inwas able to get in and out was because other people who own a storage unit in the same location had a code and we were able to come and go when they left and were coming in.

Charles MCustomer service rep at time of drop off was cool and rude, this is not what is needed after moving. One needs something more like, how was you experience with the U-Haul equipment, and a thank you for bringing it back early.
