Had to check in using gas attendants cell phone rather than a computer or even a tablet inside station. Felt uncomfortable entering information on someone’s personal cell phone. The truck was still covered in snow I had to use my own snow brush and de icer to clear the mirrors and windshield. Was frustrating because it took a good 15 to 20 minutes out of my rental time just to clean truck for use. The gentleman working with me was also trying to solo manage four gas pumps at the same time. While the distance to my residence and pickup area was close. This experience was not good.

The truck was in good condition with low miles on it. However the check-in process was very slow which cuts into your reservation time. I would suggest going to an actual U-Haul facility rather than a partnering dealer for ease and speed. Since everything was digital, and through the confusion of re-writing the contract, they snuck in extra fees. I would suggest only coming here if it is the only option for your moving needs.

rene VWell they didn't provide the furniture pads that I paid for nor the dolly I paid for. My headboard was damaged because of this and I will be filing a claim. Completely incompetent
