We could not get a signal for the GPS in order to use the uhaul application to pickup the truck. We had to call twice to get assistance. Took an hour to do this. There's was no place to leave the lock for the truck. There was trash and it was difficult to get around the truck to do an inspection.

David RThe only inconvenience was to have a location listed as open but was closed on a Sunday. The manager was awesome. Even though it was he day off he came to the facility so we could get the keys and start our moving process. Thank you again for coming to our rescue.
