I loved the location and the customer service the employee provided. It was outstanding and I rated them 5 stars. Our issue was with the confirmation process and the mobile pickup, which was of no fault to the location, but to the UHaul system error. We did have an issue with the UHaul app. It didn't clear my pick up location and wouldn't allow me to start the process once I arrived at the new location. There was a long wait time to have a UHaul customer representative reset my account. As soon as the location was changed on the confirmation end (without my knowledge or receiving an email about a change - I only noticed it the night before my trip to go pick up the UHaul), it should've changed in the system so that when I went to pick it up at the new pickup/dropoff location due to truck availability, there wouldn't have been a problem with the screens. It was very frustrating for it not to work and an hour was spent trying to solve the problem before I could go further with the app. A customer representative had to unlock the location to match where I was for it to move me to the next screen. When I asked the customer representative to please stay on the line with me to ensure that the steps were completed without a problem and I could retrieve my key since I had waited a long time for them to answer, he refused to stay on the line and apologized saying that they had a large call volume. I was nervous with the next screens, fearful it wouldn't register and I would have to call back. It did work after it was reset, but it put our moving plans on hold.Jennifer L.

The staff at First Choice Towing was very helpful and they were right on time to get me registered.... The 26ft truck was really nice and it was low mileage.... And all functions were working and functional... There are other UHaul agents in my area but I have ascertained that I'll prefer dealing with First Choice in the future.kenneth C.

Train the staff before putting them on there own. The women had a nasty attitude that serviced me at the desk. It was me and a friend of mine who was in the Uhaul however, only I could drive so I pulled my car close to the junk cars and I pulled off in the Uhaul. I get 7 minutes down the road picking up my furniture and she's blowing my friend phone up saying I had to move my car asap with an attitude. So not only am I adding miles to the Uhaul that I didn't need if I didn't half to go back for a small Kia Soul that was out of their way but I'm wasting time. Not to mention a few hours earlier it was a mixup with a later reservation I made. She didn't tell me when the people before me supposed to brung the truck back so I could know when it would be back all she stated was it has not been brung back.Aallyah S.

I had to call the business due to a large discrepancy with the mileage on the truck at pickup. I took pictures to have as evidence. I have been overcharged due to this. I contacted the place that I picked up the truck Friday evening and made the representative aware of the mileage discrepancy whom stated she would notate it in the system which evidently didn't happen because once again I was charged $400 more than what I should've been. The guy was a jerk that answered the phone and wouldn't allow me to explain. The mileage he read off to me isn't what is even on the Uhaul truck. But that's a typical man... he's right your wrong.Danielle A.
