At this location you'll be able to communicate directly with her when you have questions, no automated, or leave a message to be returned in 48 hours baloney. She hooked up trailer for me . She charged me the most minimal fees for what was needed. A pleasure to deal with all around. I definately recommend this location.
REBEKAH MThe folks at the Two Gals Plants location were very helpful. They allowed us to drop off the trailer that we had brought to Heber (at the request of U-Haul National) early so that it wouldn't interfere with our ability to unload the truck. They also pointed out that we had the truck for an extra day, which we used to pick up some additional furniture in Show Low. In all, they made this a great experience.

Rodney HYour online system was not simple to use. I called customer service and was hung up on numerous times. I only used the moving van for a few hours and it came out to more than I expected. I thought you had a rate of 19.99 for in town use plus miles but the person at that location, who is not a uhaul employee dud not know.

Dana HTruck was old been around for a while lights very dim for night travel in high country of Arizona. Over 178,000 miles on the vehicle squeaked a lot driving down the road.

Pamela CThe two Ladies working for U-haul were very friendly helpful . The lady doing the transaction on line locally was able to get the truck we ordered ready to go so we could do our task for the day. They only problem I had was the starting millage was not verified and the fuel tank gage was not checked and we were not given those numbers until on line after we turned in the truck. I had half a tank of fuel of gas when I left and I Returned the truck with half a tank of fuel after purchasing 2 gallons of gas at Circle K. I agree with the mileage of 15 miles but could a U-haul truck use 8 gallons of gas to go15 miles? It is too bad that wrong numbers ruined an overall experience.

JERRY DI was charged for 2 gallons of gas at $46, which was returned with 1/4 that was given. I am not sure why? I’m glad I’m done and will not use UHaul for future needs.
Daniel KMarie was such a help as my reservation was moved around. She went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed for the long move across the country.

Arthur AI explained my situation that they did not inform me where to drop the truck off but find a place and leave it. I gave my contract for help to turn it in. They were happy that they needed a 15 footer. Then I received a message to delivered the truck another 40 miles. I explain I will drop another the following week. They said great!
