Fuck you uhaul. You sent me to 3 different locations because the first 2 either did not exist or has not been partners with you for years and you still sent me there. Fuck you for making it take 2:30 hours to drop it off and being such a pain in the fucking ass

Dustin CThere was definitely a communication/ language barrier.the address was not clearly marked or the U-Haul sign it wasn’t clearly signed so you could find the location ..the yard in which you drove through to pick up the item was full of garbage nails tires and it was a very unkept yard and felt dangerous to go into.. And the trailer was not clean However, we had pre-booked in advance and took time off work so it was a necessary item to pick up regardless of all the problems that went on. When I spoke with Alberta head office on the phone , they were absolutely fantastic and made the transition better but this particular location and the location that I drove to originally to rebook was full of language, barriers, understanding, and communication problems . to pick up at this location we ran into extremely language, barrier communication and an understanding of how to conduct proper business. A guy pointed to another and made my brother in law follow him to the yard where he pointed at somebody else spoken his language, and then the other person spoke to my brother-in-law.. There were several people there did not speak English. I really appreciate office in Alberta and I really appreciated the head office in BC when I needed to deal with the drop off. And I’m referring to the people I spoke to on the phone. They were super helpful and super knowledgeable. And no language barrier Clean clear, lots and clear signage and communication with Locations that can speak English clearly and understand English clearly.

Muhammad ALocation is hard to find, and in the back of a trucking yard. Very poor communication. U-Haul customer service team is extremely rude and not accommodating. I booked a one way, pick up close to my work, U-Haul tells me I have to pick up an hour away. So they booked me for a in town instead. When I picked up the dealer told me it was a one way trailer. When I called customer service to see if I could drop in Edmonton the customer service was extremely rude, told me it would be an additional $180 to drop in Edmonton. I explained to him the trailer was not road worthy, and he didn't care. Told me too bad. He told me I need to return the trailer to Calgary and do a max speed of 55 KMH on the highway. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM U-HAUL AGAIN!!!!!!

Michael BPrint out instructions for after hours drop off on the receipt. Location should be accessible after hours by customer or the location on property outside gate out of the way of the traffic should be acceptable and no customer should be called or requested to move vehicle an hour later by the drop off location. Drop off location was attempting to phish for information from customer and wanted customer to return to location to move equipment inside their property location, drop off location was trying to use roadside assistance to have equipment moved inside their property otherwise.
Jeremy GMove location to an easier to find depot. This location is tucked in the backyard of a highway tractor sales yard. The location is for Uhaul repairs.
Rick BI was changed location late the night before my rental. I had booked weeks in advance for a rental to pick up at 9:00 and it was changed to 4:30pm. I have people set to help me move and this change was communicated poorly by U-Haul and made a huge mess of my move. This had nothing to do with the location I went to, this was to do with U-Haul’s last minute change. I will likely never use U-Haul again

Assaad SMy original truck pickup was to be 215 16 Street SE Calgary which was moved (because they lacked all the equipment required for the move)to 235132 84 ST SE which was 16 km further away from my destination point for loading which was Cochrane. if it wasn't for google maps I would never have found the pick up location. Even with google the last portion of the location was confusing. There were no signs on 84 Street posted for U Haul and we had to ask at a Truck Business where U Haul was located. There was a retractable gate accessing a truck compound, again no signage which was confusing because Bay 102 was located in the back of the out buildings. There was no dedicated office and chairs to sit on so the transaction took place on the truck storage box. Improvements suggested: More signage and Large signs. Table and chairs available for customers to carry on the transaction. Better contract interface between the booking agent and the agent providing the rental.
