The guy I was communicating with was very unprofessional. Told us one price and then when we were giving him the card number the price went up like 3x what he promised before for an in town move. The truck was DISGUSTING, we had to clean it before putting anything in it (there was a sign saying you would be charged if it was not cleaned.. someone obviously didn’t check the previous person). We were also given the truck starting at E, so we put in enough gas to use it and then leave a little bit extra from what we started with. Upon returning the man stated that the fuel was not filled up and if we did not return in the next 2 hours (it was already 1am) we would be charged a fuel fee. We let the man know that we already put more fuel in it than we started with, but so he says we didn’t. So we drove all the way back and put EVEN more gas in it than we started with. Woke up to being charged $115 extra for a gas charge when I filled it up multiple times and it had way more gas then we were given it with. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I had such a horrible experience. I will be contacting a higher up person to get refunded for the gas charge that I thought I fixed when I drove at 1am to fill up the gas tank and put more gas in it than it was given to me, as well as pay 1.80 per mile and pay for the previous person’s gas and next person’s.

Uhaul made it seem like it was a seamless mobile app pickup, but it relied on the gas station manager who was at home with kids screaming in the background. Took forever and my order wasn’t correct. I better not have been charged for the furniture pads…
