The truck was very dirty and she told me clean it and we will pay for it you, I did clean it then she said you need to call the customer service to pay for you. I'm very disappointed and not satisfied with the service. I had a car accident because the truck is not cleaned and you can't see from the mirror. I paid and clean it by myself and she refused the reimbursement. Definitely I'll not use U-haul again and I'll not recommend it to a friend

Douglas PMy reservation was not honored and I had to pick up the vehicle from somewhere else. The staff was pleasant at the place I did pick up the vehicle from.
Benjamin LA drop off spot. Sign was not clear enough but staff was friendly and helpful.
YUN LThe lady who showed up was very friendly; it was difficult to know where to turn off because the location was a gravel driveway in the middle of a field.
Alan WI was moved from Symonds valley to here. It was great friendly service. Charlene crushed it. Just didn’t know about the gate and how to be let in. But she was fast with that too.

Charlene HUhaul app is terribly unstable, crashes when scanning drivers license, I needed online support and had to do the pickup and drop off through the website.
FABIO LThe pick location we friendly enough, but the hours were limited. The truck was dirty inside and out. I felt like I borrowed it from a homeless person. The drop off location was changed to a different one by uhaul, which I was happy to accomodate. Also, the US vehicle has stickers covering the KM part of the gauge... which I don't think is safe as in Canada, we can't tell how fast the van is going. Overall, the experience was very expensive for the state of the vehicle and the level of service.
Andrew BThis was un occupied, on the other side of town .it cost me two guys , 2 hours each to drop it off. Worst ever. What has happened to uhaul. I lost money in this rental. Never again. Renters be ware.

Steven AAgain nothing wrong with the location but very unfortunate that I was notified a day before I was to pick up the U-Haul of a truck and location change. I was to pick up a 20’ truck (was reserved well in advance) and a day before was notified that they had changed it to a 15’ and dinky trailer. I was moving from one town to another (4.5 hours anway) and needed the 20’. Their only soltuation was for me to drive an hour each way out of my way to pick up a 20’ truck. Sure they gave me a couple extra travel days and kilometers but what about my gas to drive 2 hours (there and back) out of my to pick up a truck I already reserved? I already had a lot going on so it was the last thing I needed. I should not be accountable if the person prior was late to drop off. If that’s the case, what’s the point of going with U-Haul!

Douglas VSignage was poor and access to the office poor. The office manager was so great when she saw me commnfused at the gate. Online self checkin with IPhone not working well, particularly with the location. Rental was fine but would have appreciated a ramp. All in all a decent experience

Joan OI found the whole process easy; the lady was very nice and kind and the booking, pick-up and return were all very smooth. I felt getting the vehicle and then having to immediately fill it up was a bit much, the rental should come with a minimum of a 1/2 tank of gas and each rental return it the same way. Guessing and then leaving extra gas in the tank is not right. However, I would still easily recommend and use this location again - no problem

Melvin MThe only bad part of this experience is when I needed to call the call centre. The mobile check in wasn't working because it was saying I was in the wrong location, when in fact I was not. The person I talked to at the call centre just argued with me for 5-10 minutes before hanging up on me. Thankfully, the owner of this location waved me up to her desk and got me checked in. Please fix your mobile check in and/or improve your customer service at your call centre.
Brett RVery slow - their internet worked about as fast as dialup so it took forever. And I had booked this truck well in advance.
Thomas CFuel tank less than 1/8 tank? No answer from phone number on gate. Returned truck with just under half tank with no credit. Case number created with u-haul customer service. This experience was far from convenient which has been my past experience. gs
Gregory SWas a drop location but way out in the country... poor communication as to what I was supposed to do... i.e. where to park, drop keys etc.
Gregory DU haul was parked in a snow bank , had to use my personal vehicle to get u haul in stuck area was not taken care off causing u hauls to get stuck , was told we aren’t the first person to get the truck stuck all cause the maintenance was not kept up , process to check it took 2 hours … what a joke lady was not trained, vehicle had mechanically issues exhaust manifold were leaking and engine was ticking away
