The place feels sketchy because nobody was around and the building being empty gave me serial killer vibes. BUT what sucked the most was i was told that place did not have 24hr drop off. Which it did. So I had to leave, put more miles on while i was already over and put more fuel in. Only to come back, find nobody AND the option to turn it in with the phone and park it. The next person i text on support, i explained this to him, and all he said was that he would notate it on my contract. Okay great, an apology would’ve been nice AT THE LEAST. Shout out to the team i dealt with prior to picking up the vehicle. She was fantastic and took care of me despite having to go to my third location to get the truck. So I’m not even mad about that. Why, because excellent customer service goes a long way.
