This reservation was originally made to pick up at the location at 8161 Eastex Freeway. We were called two days before the reservation and told that they would not have any equipment. The reservation was changed to pick up at 3885 Milam St. in Beaumont, TX. We arrived at the location at 7:30 am Sept. 26th, and were told that there was no equipment available for us. We were picking up to take to College Station and return the next day to move our son. At first he offered for us to pick up in Orange, TX which is 30 miles in the wrong direction, but then scheduled to pick up in Liberty Texas at 4536 FM 2830 N. We were assured by him that we could pick up the trailer there and return it to 8161 Eastex Frwy, and there would only be a $5 charge. When we picked up in Liberty at 4536 FM 2830 N, the individual there confirmed that we would only be charge $5-10 for dropping at 8161 Eastex Frwy. We followed their advice, picked up the trailer and made the drop at Eastex Frwy only to discover that we were charged a $306 WRONGDROPOFF charge. I was told that they could do nothing about it. They called "traffic" and their manager and was told there was nothing to do but accept the charge and pray that the company can reverse it. I am extraordinarily upset about this process. I feel that I have been lied to and taken advantage of. I was promised the first location and that was a lie and was moved to another location further in the wrong direction. I was promised the second location and that was a lie. I was offered to pick up in a location 30 miles out of the way, and then I was lied to twice by two individuals at two different locations saying that I would have a minimal charge for dropping of at the original location that I requested to pick up and drop the equipment in the first place. I am very upset.

Debra MTruck was on empty when I rented it so I immediately had to go put gas in it. I was told that $35 would be credited to me for this so I hope that's true. The employee was very kind though and was easy to work with.
