I was very pleased working with Hally in reserving my u-haul. It was an overall great experience.

Crack in windshield prior to using truck. Error getting keys. Supposed to be contactless pick up, but app sent me into store. Upon entering store, unable to locate keys. App did not give me a lock box code like it was supposed to. The store employee, Rob, was fantastic and tried to help me get the keys. The keys were not in the correct lock box, but still in the return bin. Rob, did not have access to the return bin. After several phone calls on his end, the keys were finally received. This whole process took over 35 additional minutes, which cut into my rental time. Furthermore, once obtaining the U-Haul the rental equipment I reserved was not already in the vehicle. Rob was able to get me the correct equipment, even though it should have already been in the vehicle as requested. Rob was great and none of the issues above were his fault. Returning the U-Haul was very easy and seamless, but I cannot say the same for picking up the vehicle.

WAS VERY OVERCHARGED! WHEN RESERVING I DECLINED ALL EXTRA SERVICES. EXPECTING THE RENTAL CHARGE PLUS MILEAGE BUT WHEN MY HUSBAND PICKED IT UP , HE DIDNT REALIZE HE WAS BEING ASKED THE SAME QUESTIONS , HE DIDNT HAVE HIS GLASSES ON. WAS ULTIMATELY CHARGED A TOTAL OF $128! We have used UHaul trucks for MANY MOVES, and have a specific location that we love. Our normal location didn’t have what we needed so we went to this location and wow. You can definitely tell a difference. It’s not the U-Haul brand, it’s the “location” in which you go. BUYER BEWARE
