Make sure items requested and paid for are in the uhaul. Also the wall was a bit hard when needing to take photos.

Juanario PThe Uhaul automated process through the android app did not work at all. Totally frustrating experience. I would never rent here again until the automated system has the bugs worked out.
Paul WFront doors locked during posted hours. Followed signs around the building. Knocked on back door and employee said “this is unmanned call Uhaul” I showed him my phone on speaker/hold and said I am. I have been waiting ~20 min to pickup my truck. He said I can’t help you call Uhaul and closed and locked the door. The Uhaul was muddy inside and the odometer led screen flashes so much you can’t take a picture. It doesn’t give you the option for video. 0/10. Would never trust Uhaul again.
Michael HThe truck had mud all over when I picked it up, the back was not cleaned. I was charged for the clean up, and I have been waiting for several days for a regional manager to contact me as I would like to dispute the clean-up fees.
Oscar JThe process to get the trick was awful. It took me almost an hour trying to upload pictures to complete the self check-in. I had to call in to get my time changed because I wasn’t given the “pick up my truck” option in the app. This isn’t something I will do again.

Larry NI reserved a smaller truck. a combo lock was still on the back of the truck. I was picking up the truck over the phone and no one was at the shop. I called the help serve line, waited on hold for 15 minutes. Was asked to try 10 differnet combinations to open the lock, none work. I was give a bigger truck, different truck. I had a hard time divering it through the apartment complex. I will not check out trucks remotly anymore.
Eric PMake sure the equipment rented came with the truck. I was assured that dolly was in the back of the truck and it was not.
William WThe on-site customer service was poor at best. I would never recommend getting a uhaul with virtual checking in. In-person is quicker and far more beneficial.
JOSPEHINE RLock on back wouldn’t open for me. Luckily there was a man there strong enough to open it. Office hours listed but no one in. Took a long time to figure out.
Joan ELocation is convenient. However, there is no human being here to help or answer questions. Not crazy about doing everything on the app. I lost wifi and had to call the toll free number. Fortunately, they were able to help. When I returned the vehicle, I hit "okay" on the app after putting keys in dropbox. Didn't get an email confirmation so I again had to call the toll free number to make sure everything was finished. I prefer having a live human being help you. Call me old fashioned but relying solely on technology is not ideal.

ESTEBAN RGas was recorded as incorrect. Cab was not clean I was charged and paid for 12 pads, but did not have any in the truck.
Kyle GI didn’t like having to find out I would have to bring the uhaul to the same location I got it.. that was a extra 10 miles I was charged for … not in my plans… port uhaul service
Jonathan RI was not given the correct moving equipment or way to use the equipment it was locked with a code I didn’t get. Also got charged for gas after putting more in then when I took it.
Katrina JDropped off the truck after normal business hours so I had no contact with any personnel or went inside the store.
