I was supposed to pick up my U-Haul by 6 PM. I got there a little after five and they were closed. I held on the phone talking to four different representatives at U-Haul for almost an hour before I was able to get the truck terrible experience and this place is located in the middle of the hood
Paula CI was not given the option to decline the Safe Move $45.00 coverage at time of pickup. The location didn't have a electronic signing pad, only a computer and the owner checked out the vehicle with no ability to check off any final changes or allow for my signature. Owner didn't make any effort to verify condition of the vehicle with me. Vehicle was found to be in good condition. I called Customer Service about the Safe Move charge prior to checking-in the vehicle.
CLAY W3 Guys Garage was fine for a pick up spot close to the airport. The truckshare experience would be much better if there was less to do at pickup. For example, my license and headshot could have been approved of in advance.

ARLES SCustomer service was horrible and gas was on e and expect me to put it at 1/2 tank when gas light was on when I got it.

Christopher CTom was friendly and helpful. Pouring down rain and he had no problem getting out and making sure truck was ready to go.
Danny HU-Haul representative did not have knowledge using the app. Waisted more than 30-minutes while they called colleague to assist with check in. Very dirty facility that doubles as a auto mechanic garage. Recommend a U-Haul rep do audit of this location.
Dennis SRefund all my money, honor your word to your customers, and make sure drop off locations have proper drop boxes.
