The car dolly, was not in really good condition and there was a lot of vibration with it. When we got close to Memphis Tennessee, the tire blew out on the dolly and we had to go get another one. That one was well capped, and it was a smooth ride the rest of the way home. They just need to really check their equipment.

On line to pick up truck is a large pain in the ass ! Had to have someone on the phone to walk me through it , took 30 minutes to complete! Other than that , it was fine ! Thank you !!

This is my favorite spot to rent U Haul equipment. They are always available (no lines and waiting) and ready to help. They hooked up the trailer and I was off. I dropped the trailer off early and used the app to check it back in.

The location is not manned. U-haul expected me to back the auto transport into an empty spot and then do the same with the truck. Then I had to take a bunch of pictures of the truck, trailer and where I put it. Sorry, but I don't work for you and I don't feel like doing your work. Unacceptable.

I rented a furniture dolly which was not there, the dolly I was given had a broken wheel. I was still charged for the dolly I did not get and couldn’t even use the one with the broken wheel. I pray everyday that I’ll never have to rent another moving truck and if I do it won’t be a uhaul.

Didn’t ask about anything just checked mileage and gas and said receipt will be emailed. Not interested in helping with communication about mileage being under estimated for trip. Pickup location said adjustment could be made at drop off location. Didn’t happen.
