No one was there, we arrived a little befor 5 pm to find out they were closed . Left keys in drop box .

Harvey MPaid for moving blankets didn’t receive moving blankets now being charged for 12 moving blankets that I did not receive over $100 causing me to not rent a truck yesterday Losing a job costing me $900 and now no answer at location called U-Haul filed dispute waiting to hear back from Craig this location and will take up to no another 3 days to maybe or maybe not resolve this issue what can be done is answer the phone and be honest about what we received and solve this issue immediately.
