It took us half an hour to do the online check in. It asked for duplicate information from making the reservation, and was a significant wait to get verified. It was wildly inconvenient and took forever. Also the entire truck was covered in snow and ice, and no snow brush was provided. Absolutely atrocious experience, 0/10 recommend.

Leslie PMake sure the vehicle doesn't have any mechanical issues and has a good working battery upon pick up, I had to jump it to start it, and that was not the only time I had to jump it, boyfriend almost lost his job( 3 hours late getting to work) having to wait for a tech to come and check the vehicle and when arrived was told that the battery was no good and should not have been given said vehicle to rent. Very inconvenient.
