This was the most horrible UHAUL experience I have ever had. I had a complication or difficulty every single step of the way! And the people at this pickup location just shrugged their shoulders and told us they didn't have anything to do with UHAUL. I called the number on the sign? It went STRAIGHT to voicemail.

Don’t charge me for a dolly when I didn’t get one. Uhaul was notified before I left that there was no dolly but I was charged $40 for one anyway and was told I would be refunded. I have asked for a refund multiple times with no results!!
