The pick up was supposed to be completed all on my phone. There were lockboxes for keys, but after completing all the instructions we were still directed inside to obtain the key. The problem was that the very nice employee inside did not know how to complete the pick up (not her fault), as the usual person who handles UHaul was not on site. Ultimately, pick up took an hour and created a big set back in our progress for the day.

I had originally booked my rental at a location less than two miles from my house ..ended up having to drive almost an hour, to a place I've never been anywhere near This place is in the boonies and is a used car lot...and lives up to it. Couldn't process the rental at first. I had never driven with a trailer, so I had to maneuver that task on the looooong ride back Drop off was equally horrific: I arranged to drop off near the Univ of Florida. I get to that location, and the bimbo there - who has been upselling three college kids and in no way being honest with what they need or what they should consider ( truly disgusting!!!!!). When it's finally my turn, she tells me that they can't accept the trailer because they don't have space and that I had to drop off at another location. By that point, I despised the entire U-Haul experience and absolutely every unkind unprofessional rep involved in the entire rental process across the two states! Totally disgusting!!

Dana PSat over 45 mins at this establishment, advised by U-Haul business hours for this location was 10 am opening but when i arrived it was closed and no one in sight. I would not recommend this location. Not reliable, misinformation on website and owner was not apologetic for making me wait 45 mins in his closed driveway, just handed me the key and walk away.

Carol FAlthough the trailer I rented was clean and well-maintained, the straps to go over the tires were too short for the vehicle that I had. It had the stock size tires on it and was approved by the website when I reserve the trailer. More care should be taken in the selection of vehicles for particular trailers

james pThe instructions for mobile pick-up were not clear at all, the location of the lockbox was not clear and the truck barely had any gas in it.
Raven EWaited nearly 45 minutes after my arrival to get the key to the truck. Uhaul customer service claimed it was with the front desk. Front desk claimed it was in the lock box. Uhaul left me on hold, never picking the phone back up at which point the front desk employee found time to call uhaul and get the code for the lock box for the key. Drop off left me feeling guilty as I dropped off after hours and was only able to park it directly in front of their closed gate. Highly recommend against using this service.

Baderkare K1. Put up some sort of sign--any sort of sign!--that tells people how to drop off a truck after hours. Especially put a sign helping people find the key-drop off box that is very hard to locate at the far corner of an out building distant from the entrance to the business. 2. Actually answer the phone number that is posted for the business after hours instead of having customers trying to return rentals get a recording that says the phone is not accepting calls. 3. Maybe just get out of the U-Haul business entirely since your firm obviously does not take U-Haul customer service even remotely seriously and do not grossly wasting customer time. 4. Put up a sign that says "Private Road" next to your business instead of "No Parking (here)". I can guarantee that any more than a single after-hours truck return will end up blocking that private road serving neighbors behind your business. And since you don't answer your phone after hours or have adequate provision for parking returned trucks after hours, it's only a matter of time before a problem occurs.
