Have grounds maintained ie grass cut around vehicle. Had to take pics of truck in tall grass which was next to a vacant field. Just worried about maybe stepping on a snake. Also there was a fire ant mound directly behind truck. Other than that experience was great.

Tow dolly I rented, one of the straps was cut in half. My car almost fell off of the trailer. Definitely needs to be looked at and replaced!

When picking up the U-Haul everything was nice there evidently was a charge from my previous rental. I would like to have known about when I made the reservation so that I could have taken care of it then and not when I was ready to leave finding out that I can not. So when I took care of the previous rental charge I go and find out the battery is dead on the truck I was suppose to pick up. Another delay.,.3 hours later still waiting on roadside service and I haven't even left the pick up location. Finally an executive decision to put me in another truck at the same cost. All the people were courteous and caring may have been able to take the delay a little more serious to expedite the solution to the problem. Thankyou.. I had already had insurance myself and said I didnt need ur insurance and was charged for it anyway..

The independent location was fine using the U-Haul app for checking out the vehicle took an hour and 20 minutes. I chose the particular location because on the U-Haul website it indicated they were open on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. .. the actual location is closed on Sundays. U-Haul customer service agent should be paid generously, I can only imagine the number of dissatisfied customers that call on a daily basis.

The return process was difficult because I couldn’t access my account. Had no trouble accessing it during pick up, but the website wouldn’t let me in when I was trying to return.

However, this was not my preferred pick up in Athens, GA. I arrived in Athens after a two-hour drive to find out my pickup location had been changed to Greensboro, GA and I had NOT been notified. So, I had to drive an additional 80 minutes round trip to pick up the truck. I was not happy about this.

This location didn’t have late night drop off available so I had to pay for another day and drive 70 miles back to that side of town to return the truck. Then never got return call about hand truck.

Amazing staff, hands down the best Uhaul rental location.

Clean the trucks. Derergent powfwr spilledi the back of the truck. Mud all over the driver side floor. Dirt across rhe daahboard. Make the app actually work for check.ins. spent 30 minutes trying trying to get the app to work and had ro call customer service. I am done renting from U haul. It was the worst renting I have ever had.

Let customers know that 10pm is cutoff for return of equipment prior to rental. Also maybe have technology to allow customer to return 24hr with a code entry lock vs outdated padlock.
