THIS COMMENT IS NOT ABOUT THE PLACE AND THE PERSON WHO VERY FRIENDLY ATTENDED ME IN THEIR BUSINESS, WHERE I PICKED UP THE TRUCK, IT IS ABOUT THE LOGISTICS AND THE HORRIBLE AND NO COVERAGE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY U-HAUL It is the worst truck rental service , they are not reliable, they ruined what one of the happiest of my family is going to go to his new home, I made the reservation with enough days in advance and set up the pick up via mobile at 6:00 pm in the same place where I have a self-storage resulting that U- HAUL made the decision to relocate the van just 1 hour and 30 minutes from where I live, not happy with that so they took the liberty of changing the collection mode and I was not going to be done by mobile but directly at the counter, thus making it impossible to pick it up after 6:00 pm. I call customer service and the only solution they give me is to change my reservation the next day at 9:00 am in the same place at 1 hour and 30 minutes. Now I ask who is responsible for the emotional damage they caused to me and my family. who is responsible for the lost time ??? Who is responsible for with only 3 and a half hours they warned me of the schedule change and ruined our moving day? Who is responsible ???? Who is responsible for the excessive payment that I had to make in gasoline for both the truck and my car? everything happens the same day that should be my moveALEXANDER M.

Staff and service were outstanding. There was 1 big issue though. The truck that I had leaked badly on the front left corner. It was a pain. Nothing was ruined, but it was a big hassle having to make sure everything was dried off.RANDY C.

The gates were closed at 10pm. But we did not know. As we picked 6 hours of rental starting at 5:30pm. By the time we arrived, 11pm, the gate was closed and our vehicle was inside the parking lot, gated. Therefore, we had to take the truck back home and luckily had a back up vehicle. The application shouldn't allow for the user to select such duration of rental if the gate closes at specific times. Usually, most U-Haul allows drop off at any time which we were use to.Mario T.
I had to make 5 reservations, the first one was made the day before and it took 7 hours, on moving day, to finally get my truck. I was driving to locations and on the phone with U Haul representatives all day. My movers were ready at 9am and I got to the house at 4:30 in the afternoon, to start loading the truck. I started to check in at my appointed time. The check in took 20 minutes. When I finally checked in, the 4 hour rental started at my appointment time. It should start after your lengthy check in is complete. We were able to return prior to the 4 hour hours expiring but this was annoying to me.Michael D.
The only negative is that I wasnt told they were closing early. It was not a problem but I worried about a late or after hours charge, which did not happen. I would definitely use this location again.DAVID H.

The rental process, pick up & return were very easy and simple. I had booked a trailer online for pickup on a specific day. Everything worked great and it's close to my home. Thank you!PAUL S.
When picking up truck, milage was off by 20 miles and gas gauge was at 3/4 instead of full. They corrected in system, although it took approximately 20 minutes for them to figure out how to handle in the computer. When we returned truck, we filled it to Full so it would be correct for next customer and would've thought since we put extra gas in, we get a little discount to offset. Nope. Nothing. Filled the gas tank back to half full just like we picked it up. Then you charge me for the gas to put it to half. WTF! I didn't keep the receipt to prove that we bought gas and returned it. Real crappy of you to do that!Donald S.

The check engine light was on when I picked it up, and stayed on the entire trip. This was a known issue at pick-up, but I was told to just use it, and call if I had any issues. We made it, but there were some definite issues with the engine -- notably it had a very difficult time when it was downshifting / slowing down. The engine RPMs remained very high, and it became very loud. It didn't feel or sound right.Dan B.
Please make sure to check your trailers for leaks, water did not damage my equipment but it leaked, making me very nervous throughout my whole rental. Never had this issue before with other trailers in heavy rains, but this time the patch work or something that was done to the trailer did not hold up. I understand it's water resistant and not water proof, but that doesn't give me comfort when I see water drops on my expensive stuff.JIJO T.

We rented a uhaul 1.3 mi from our officeâ€¦ we were re routed to another location the day before, it was 9.1 miles farther, causing up to have to travel farther to pick up a few items then we were supposed to, it did not have the appliance dolly we requested and we were told it had to be back by 10 as it was rented the next day for 1015 am. We then had furniture left from our charity yard sale that we had to load in 6 truck loads to haul to the storage location. We were offered a 20 cent per mile discount and the rental ended up being still $16 over what we had figured. It was just a huge inconvenience all around and we are a non profit raising money for our county so we have to save all we can. I think better secondary routing spots should be approved by customer firstBrandi D.

The box truck I rented needed major maintenance on the front end. The steering was really loose. When you would turn in a direction the steering wheel would stick. The transmission made a good bit of noiseEUGENE M.

the only issue was that the place didn't ensure that the truck AC and power supply were working They didn't work and I found out till I started traveling to Texas on Sat April 24, 2021. It made it a hardship traveling. the temperatures was hot hot!ARTURO G.
