I rented 3 dollies and none of that equipment was in there. I had to go out of my way twice to go to home depot to get a dollies because of the ineptitude of the people of this location. Luckily Josh was able to remove the pending charges for the dollies and I was not charged. The truck was dirty on the inside, it looked like someone had splattered soda on the radio and cup holders and didn't clean it up. At the end I asked for a paper receipt, JUST a paper receipt and the guy who i talked to had the audacity of getting annoyed and pouting like a child. I just wanted a paper receipt considering what had happened. Overall it was a disgusting experience.Gustavo A.
When someone comes in to rent a truck from Phoenix to Las Vegas, it would have been helpful to know that additional mileage fees would apply at the other end. Especially for $100!Joyce H.

Probably will avoid using U Haul ever again Needed a truck for a 15 mile transfer of material and had to pay .89 a mile 12.45 added to the 29.95 and 2 gals of gas at the Shell at 5.09 a gal. Total for moving 16' lumber over. $55. Ridiculous. Glad it wasn't a 200 mile trip.Larry S.

Using U-Haul was a nightmare! I rented the truck for my niece to move in with me. She lived 209 miles away. I tried to make this as easy as I could for her. That poor girl had issues from the beginning. I had to extend the time to pick up her truck because her father was running late. They go to pick it up and that truck was given away. That place sends my niece to another location 1 hour away. She arrived and they had no knowledge of her picking anything up. She had to call the U-Haul place that had sent her there and they realized they sent her to the wrong location. She had 30 min to get to the 3rd location that was another 45 minutes away. If she doesn't make it then they will give her trick away. She was finally able to pick up the truck at the 3rd location. In that meantime I am calling U-Haul to figure out why this is happening. They had no explanation except I had originally extended the time if the first pick up but they kept stating I was late. She also did not receive a dolly that I requested for her. I also used my pay info on the app for all of this but yet they made her pay at the 3rd location. I couldn't believe the stress this caused for something that should have been easy. Even after she picked up the U-Haul, I received a phone call from U-Haul that was wanting to change the drop off location. We dropped off the U-Haul the second we unloaded my niece just so we could be done using the truck. That was the most unnecessary chaos that should never have been an issue. I've never used U-Haul in the past but I would never use them ever again either.Toni F.

Didn't expect the truck or equipment upon removal even after I requested him to do so. He said it was not necessary and then charged me for MISSING / DAMAGE EQUIPMENT $200++!! I will be filing a complaint to uhaul corporate, every social media, my bank for fraud charges and demand uhaul to reimburse me for any additional fees I receive with in 24 hours. Will advise everyone of fraud.Susan S.

The store was 10-15 min. late opening. When someone did arrive I was told that they didn't even have a 15' truck which is what I reserved over the phone for a 9am pick up.. I was the first in line when the person working told me the truck I reserved was not there he proceeded to take the people behind me and made me wait. He had 2 trucks avaliable onsite a 20' truck which was reserved for an 11:00 pick up anf a 10' truck. After being there 45 min and not being told why I told the person behind the counter a couple times I would take the 10' truck because I was already an hour late in getting the truck to the location was moving out of. I would not recommend this location to anyone. *They were late to open * I allowed to reserved a truck that the location doesn't have, 15 foot * Waiting 45 min to get started on paperwork for the only truck avaliable, 10 ft trailer. * VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Rhonda N.

There was complications with me picking up my rental and 3 hours later I was finally given a truck with a tow dolly with the right tail light out. I was told a manager was coming to my home to repair it and they never showed. I was promised a discount for my troubles and have yet to hear from anyone. my experience was not pleasant and I had to risk being pulled over with a damaged dolly with a missing tail light.Pattina W.

Had a 8:00 am reservation and store didn't open til 8:30 said he opens at 9:00 am. Received the trailer at approximately 9:30 and was directed to bring it back to the same location by 9:00 at end of rental which the store was not open and had to take call to get directions on where and how to leave it. I took video and pics. I was also told that I couldn't take it back to any other location which I never heard of and had rented many times from Uhaul.Charles D.

Check the trucks better. The Check Engine light was on the whole time from the beginning of the rental. The fee for you to have to go out of your way to fill the gas aside from extra high charge per gallon for gas is too high. People moving on their own with U-Hauls are already struggling to get by lots of the time.Mateo O.

Tire pressure warning illuminated when I picked it up. Slow air leak in both rear tires. Aired up several times over the dates, 4/21 to 4/25 Oil change indicator illuminated after about 200 miles. Truck very dirty when picked up.Curtis M.

improve the uhaul mobile experience. Most common problems include: fails to recognize location when location sharing is turned on, restarts when taking pictures, logs out for unknown reasons and makes you start the process all over again. Most often, cannot independently complete the mobile pick up or return process and am forced to connect with an onsite personnel.Steve K.
