The app process to pick up and return the vehicle is ridiculous. It needs to be simplified.

JESSE JThe appliance hand truck I ordered was not in the truck. The business was supposed to be open, which is why I picked it. I didn't want to have to do the check out on my phone. On a positive note, the people I dealt with on the phone were helpful.
Brian PI was told one price for the rental and my bull was something totally different. I had the rental for a few hours and came back before the closing of the business time and the door was locked. Therefore my experience with this u-haul location was not a very good one.

VINCENT ADrop off was set for anywhere and we ended up taking to original drop off. Problems with that and then took payt from wrong account after we were told otherwise. Complete mess up and no coordination. Not pleased. Wrong amount applied. Very unhappy.
Dair SIt would be helpful, for an inside light to be installed in the 6x12 enclosed trailer.

James DThe hours online stated they were open but when we got there, they were closed. They did have a number I called, but, they said wither bring it back or just leave it and they would give us receipt the next day.
Mary PDon't say the equipment works for a vehicle, charge for it then when we go to use it it won't. Also double charge when it shouldnt be
KIMBERLYANN MThis was not the requested drop off location. Location was changed without my knowledge. There was no representative present when I dropped off the trailer but was able to resolve by phone.
Ted ACan't say about this location as we were only there for a few minutes dropping of the trailer.

Martin MBe honest about the fuel tank line. Returned u-haul as a contactless overnight drop off and the personnel reported the gas tank fuel as significantly lower than where it actually was, costing additional fees. Very dishonest practice.
Bria BStore was closed when I got there during the hoirs indicated it would be open. Had to call a number left on the door and do the rental over the phone and hook up trailer myself with no assistance.

James RWebsite times and store location times open don't match. Phone numbers no one answered voice-mail full. Waste my time driving there two different days no one ever there even thou the website says their open.
Laura BDrop-off location changed from original place. I had to drive 25 miles further (right past the first place) to drop-off the truck & trailer. Yes, that cost extra time & gasoline. Good experience at final drop-off location.

Keith MTruck was parked where was stuck in mud, and had to be pulled out by a tractor. Owner had all his shop old parks where could not get truck out so also had to move junk.
Richard PAgent was not on site at time of pickup and had to be reached by phone for check in.
Lewis PReturning the truck was not easy, the first location there was no where to part the vehicle - we added an extra day because our turn in day was originally Christmas Day, but we still got phone calls.
TAMMYDAWN LVery easy going and friendly people. Its the people like this that make traveling go smoothly, when nerves are stressed at the most inopportune time in their lives, its o.k. to laugh at the humourous side of life.
Tammi BDrop-off was completely no contact. Excellent way to do business. I dropped the trailer beside another and did the return instructions and left. Great time saver.
ANTONIORAPHEAL BDo not schedule someone and in a little while change the time and place.. sending you way out to pick up Uhaul and schedule for 12:30 and does not come back until 2:00. My time is just as important.

Hunter MOnly problem I was given courtesy grace time due to weather by 877 number and was charged an extra day. I told the clerk but now I have 40 extra day charges Not fair or honest would like refund before opening dispute with cc company Elliott 240 286 2686

Bryan ANothing to improve, I believe we got to our dropoff location on a day where the business was not open. However, we had a good place to park the truck and the key drop off box was easy to find. NO complaints here!
