Jair aOverall the experience was borderline. The check-in and check-out experience was not smooth at all. It took 30 minutes to obtain the moving van due to confusion stemming from: * Employees too busy manning the gas station to service me * Employees don't speak English, I had to call the gas station owner and have him instruct the employees on how to service me * They forgot to give me a dolly, I wasted more time trying to fix this mistake but eventually got it. On the plus side: + They let me keep the moving truck a bit longer than I said I would need it (due to the initially wasted 30 minutes and other unforeseen events)
Victor CThe gas station looks run down, and the only vehicle I could choose had an annoying wiring issue that kept warning that the right rear door was open when it wasn’t. The vehicle itself felt like a bucket of bolts and I was pretty happy to not have to ride in it anymore. The gentlemen running the gas station were very professional though, they were probably the only upside to my experience.
Victor UThe attendant had no idea that they accepted UHaul trucks and we had to wait until he contacted the management. I almost missed my flight. I would appreciate knowing whether a lock box is available because that would have been minutes.

Josiane BWhen the truck was first rented it smelled of weed. I also returned the truck on time on the correct day and they did not check it in until the following day and charged me extra for it.
Nicholas RThis is a gas station, with zero Uhaul signage, no parking spaces, English is spoken with limitation, and the station attendants had never taken a Uhaul truck there nor did they know what to do. Another hour of being on the phone with a delightful Uhaul representative, Tomlin was able to reach the location manager, and we were able to use my cell phone on speaker to accomplish a 4 way conversation. In light of the current pandemic, in addition to normal operating procedures, nothing about this experience was acceptable
