Truck was not clean or in the best condition when I picked it up (the rear door got stuck during our time with it) but the check in experience took no time at all and returning the truck was very easy to this location so I'd recommend it on that basis alone.

Ali SWe were not asked if we wanted the safe move coverage and we were charged an extra $30 for that. There were no materials at the pickup location if we had needed anything. There are usually options to get boxes, packing tape, rent dollies, etc. This is not the location’s fault, but the day we needed the truck it wasn’t available at the location where we reserved it and we had to drive 30 minutes away to pick it up.
COREY CThe service was fast and friendly. The representative even recommended a near by place to get boxes. He also reminded me to use a lock if parked overnight. Little tips like that are always a plus to a female driver. Thanks!

Miguel VU-Haul experience has been a nightmare, poor communication, price gauge, I currently have 3 credits pending due to charges and fees that were applied after being told that the terms could not be changed when I arrived to pick up the unit at a location that I did not select to begin with, what a MESS.

Diego MI believe U-Haul put an additional hold on my account for the rental and that is very inconvenient. Trucks are already pricey to rent but to have even more money put on hold is ridiculous.
