Truck had feed in bed, dirty tissue in the bed, tissue boxes in bed. Interior of truck had a 1/8 inch of dirt inside. I had to blow out both before loading truck. Truck only had 21 miles to empty did receive $47.00 and told to return it at 1/4 and at 5.40 a gallon did feel it was accurate. Inconvenience to have to go straight to gas station was unacceptable.

Gerald RMy location to pickup was originally set in Clovis, CA, however was changed without my consent because the truck I needed wasn't available. This made my drive 40+ miles and 2 hours longer. Please make sure trucks are available or don't offer the location as a pickup. All of this happened 24 hrs before pickup and made me late on my arrival to my destination. The woman on the phone was Vicky, who was completely rude about the entire situation. She would only recognize the distance between pick up locations were 20 miles apart but not that i was already 20 miles from my nearest pickup location. She only therefore covered 20 extra miles and not the full 40.

Vincent BMorning Staff: “ Take a picture of the dashboard so you can keep track of your miles and gas, when u bring it back just make sure the gas is where it is now or they’ll charge u per gallon” Evening staff: “So we’re gonna have to charge you $37 to gas unless you wanna go put gas right now,” Me: “No I just put gas, and the guy this morning told me to return it with gas where it was” Long story short there needs to be more staff training when it comes to renting the U-Hauls and much less customer blaming, I am grateful he waived the fee but the way it was handled could’ve been much better

robert hHave the items requested at pickup. We ordered furniture dollies and there were none available, which made the move much harder. Had we known they were not available, we would have found them elsewhere.
Mike HI was not told about $100 deposit. The person there barely spoke to me to let me know what was going on. I get home and my card is charged the regular prices and the $100 deposit. Please be more mindful on letting your customers know what they're being charged for and actually speak to them about what you're putting in the system.

Dorian UStaff at 3V feed and supply was very helpful in assisting me with a cargo utility trailer. They hooked it up to my truck, explained the hydraulic break system, and all the details of my rental very thoroughly. When I returned it, I called them to let them know I was on my way in coming from an hour away and that I might be 10 minutes after closing and they were gracious enough to wait for me to get there. And I made it before closing, their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of was very kind and I appreciate it. I would rent from them again.

Nova WI orignally reserved a trailer in Merced. I drove 300 miles from los angeles only to find no traile I had to go 30 miles away to pick one up at this locaion,, wasting 2 hours of valualble time. I left los angeles at 9:30 am and finally got home at 10:30 at night, rather tham 8:30 I am so pissed off I will never use uhaul again!!!!
