Eric HU-Haul should consider to switch employees as the location was closed and I waited for about 1 hour and did not help to unload trailer. I have already submitted complain and waiting for U-Haul answer. Highly disrespectful location and should be closed immediately.

Novella AThe mileage was not correct when I picked it up, I have photo evidence of what the mileage was at when I picked up and when I dropped off and they charged me 40+ miles that I did not drive because they put it in incorrectly. Now I have to deal with disputing this when the issue shouldn't have happened in the first place.
RILEY CThe staff here were sexist and threatened to cancel our reservation when I asked them to stop with the commentary. I'm NEVER using this location again. Sorry to drop this HR nightmare in your lap and I hope you do something about it.
Rhiannon WI, a woman, walked into this place with two other women to pick up two 26' trucks. The two men started commenting on how the trucks were too big for us little girls. I have a CDL. I said you can put that commentary away and just rent us the trucks, thank you. Then the one guy said he could just cancel our reservation. The other guy did rent us the trucks but not without continuing to talk down to us. This is not the first time I've encountered this blatant sexism at this location. I will never be using this location again. I do hope you do something about this because it was incredibly inappropriate and gross.

CHANCE PThe problems I experienced were not the fault of this location but of Uhaul as a company. I reserved ahead of time for an early pickup using the app before the location's office was open. Upon arrival, the app did not work and as a result I was delayed AN HOUR, leaving a whole moving crew waiting for me.
Zak JDrop off location was cramped but convenient, six blocks from where I dropped off my vehicle with the car hauler.
sam gI used this location to both move our daughter into her college dorm and then move her back out at the end of the school year. Both times I believe I worked with the same manager/owner. Both times he was so helpful. He helped update our reservation for the move in so I could return the trailer to their location. Most recently, pick up was so easy. He helped navigate in the parking lot, quick check in process, and was very helpful with his team making sure the trailer was hooked up properly. I wish all UHaul locations were this helpful and efficient!

MICHAEL WYou rented me an unsafe car hauler. We had a tire blow out and it took 2 hours before help arrived. We were stuck in the side of the freeway with little to no shoulder. It’s lucky no one was hurt and my wife’s Lexus was not damaged. I am certain the tires were not properly maintained or inspected. And then you guys have to audacity to charge me for the rental.

JUAN BThis location seems to be only staffed and equipped like its an afterthought. I hade to talk to a person on a phone to complete the transaction. The person onsite tried his best and i did get a good quality truck. But i personally would not use this location again.
DAN JThat location in downtown Salt Lake does a variety of things that seem to be incompatible with neatness. But the location is good and the employees very nice. I'll take that.
