The truck was not ready via the U-Haul app. This mix up ended up being so costly and causing us to lose our already paid movers, family being separated, caused me to get to my new job severely late.

On the tail end of the move the truck started acting like the brakes were not letting go. I mentioned this to the location of drop off and they said they will have it looked at and repaired.

They were NOT prepared for many customers coming in at 9am for rentals. I had already prepared mine online and just needed to finalize it and get the truck. I had to wait almost 2 hours with 5 other people. They were not organized and their internet service was painstakingly slow which did not help the whole situation. It was extremely frustrating. They had all of the stuff needed to do the job, just not enough people to assist and slow internet that helped bog everything down even further.
