After asking for an extra day in Utah while picking up a car dollie and getting an ok we finally get to town and a women calls demanding the truck back "it was supposed to be here by 1 we have someone waiting for it it needs to be here" telling her we just got here and that we need another day she starts demanding it to be brought back by 5 because "someone else is moving and im being inconsiderate"....i asked for ANOTHER DAY in Utah yet IM THE ONE being a bitch? Apparently I'm the one that promised a truck to someone that clearly wasnt going to be there until the next day I wont be dealing with this shitty lady or location again some random guy pulls up asks for the keys and thats it? Its sketchy as fuck theres no signing anything no nothing just give me keys bullshit now I'm waiting to see what kinda shit their gonna try charging me extra for because no one fucking would just check the shit sign off on anything or say anything besides give me keys ok byeAshley G.

It was far away from where I moved. U-Haul changed the dropoff location without asking me, and without giving me extra time to drop it off even though it was further away. Very inconvenient!Michael L.

The fellow in Mott has only been at this a short time, so I am sure he will improve with experience. Glad he was there as he was the only one nearby with a trailer of the size I needed. He had some printer problems, but did a great job getting me hooked up and on the road.Frank K.

I tried to reserve in Dickinson, ND and was told I would need to pick up in Beach, ND. The Beach location did not have a trailer when I contacted them. I went back to the Dickinson location and was told they would have a trailer on the reservation day. A couple days later I received a call from U Haul telling me I would need to pick up in Mott, ND which was 120 miles out of my way. It was a cluster run around and very very disappointing. I have reserved another trailer for the 10th and will need a truck and car dolly in the near future to finish my move from ND to Texas. I hope I do not have the same issues this time.Doug P.

Lower to reasonable rates. I moved to ND 3 years ago, renting the largest cargo trailer. When I moved back home to NC recently I paid nearly double to rent the second smallest cargo trailer. I know there's a logical explanation for this, but that doesn't change the fact that I got shafted.KIMBERLY M.

Once again, not cause a customer to go 100 miles out of their way to pick up a truck that was reserved months ago. This is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW that this has occurred. Because you idiots did it before, I built in the delay time hoping not to use it; all in all, another eight hour delay. UHaul has really gone down the crapper; used it off and on for thirty years, not sure that will happen ever again...John J.

This location was very understanding of our situation and what headaches U-Haul was putting us thru. Thank you for being so helpful to my family and checking in with us later to make sure we found the CORRECT towing equipment with your help. No thanks to U-Haul themselves. Our opinion of U-Haul does not reflect our opinion of the third parties stuck in the middle. The third parties helped us fix the mess up and NEVER hung up on us.Samuel W.

we were not sure where to drop the trailer. the UHaul system was down and we were unable to get their local number to call for it. when we called the uhaul # we were on hold for quite a bit and then our call was dropped (our phone), so had to start over. luckily, our son was familiar w/the area and figured out where to drop it. there was a ph# there and the fellow came right over in just a minute or two.SHIRLEY T.
